At Timon’s meerkat colony far away from Pride Rock, Timon takes jobs as a digger and a sentry, but despite his mother's encouragement, he cannot seem to find a good job for himself. After his uncle Max is nearly eaten by the three hyenas on his sentry, Timon decides to leave the meerkat colony and find a place that is right for him. He is encouraged by Rafiki to seek Hakuna Matata and to look beyond what he sees, and has the intuition to head for Pride Rock. Along the way, Timon and Pumbaa meet for the first time and set out to find a "dream home."

The adventures of Timon and Pumbaa begin to coincide with the events of The Lion King at this point. They arrive at Pride Rock, but to their dismay a herd of animals is already there. While Timon and Pumbaa are walking through the herd of animals witnessing the presentation of the newborn Simba, Pumbaa accidentally farts and it causes a few animals to pass out and collapse. The animals in front see this and believe that the fallen animals are bowing, and soon they all bow together.

Timon and Pumbaa continue their journey and find a new home at a watering hole that looks like a miniature version of Pride Rock. One morning, they are disturbed by some noise from outside, which is actually Simba, Nala, and the animals singing "I Just Can't Wait To Be King." Timon is angry and hits the leg of an elephant supporting the tower of animals. The elephant jumps in surprise and causes the tower to collapse, explaining why it collapses in the original film.

Timon and Pumbaa's home is ruined by this event. Pumbaa tells Timon about a "dream home" in the jungle, but Timon ignores him. They travel to the elephant graveyard and witness Mufasa and Zazu saving the cubs from the hyenas. That night, going further into the graveyard, they watch an army of hyenas marching to "Be Prepared", and the duo run away by Irish stepdancing due to a comment that they have made about Riverdance. Later, they end up in the gorge only to encounter a wildebeest stampede, the same one from the original film in which Simba loses his father. While trying to run from the wildebeests, they fall down a waterfall, which leads to the "dream home" that Pumbaa had described. The song "Hakuna Matata" has turned into a sing-along. Timon and Pumbaa later find Simba, and the film shows some of their life in the jungle throughout the years.

As an adult, Simba re-encounters his childhood friend Nala. Afraid of losing Simba, Timon and Pumbaa try everything to stop Simba and Nala from falling in love. Simba and Nala fall off the cliff in the original film when Timon and Pumbaa trip Simba and Nala with a vine. In the original film, Timon and Pumbaa reappear in another place at the end of the Can You Feel The Love Tonight sequence because they were running around trying to interfere with the lions during the song. Although they fail, they are happy to see Simba arguing with Nala and running off to the grasslands. They mistake Mufasa's ghost appearing in the clouds as bad weather. In the morning, however, they realize that Simba has returned home to challenge Scar. Pumbaa and Timon disagree about whether to go after Simba, but ultimately decide to return to Pride Rock. There, Timon re-encounters his mother and Uncle Max for the first time since he left the colony. Timon's mother and uncle make a system of tunnels to trap the hyenas while Timon and Pumbaa create a diversion.

After defeating Scar, Simba becomes the king and Timon tells his mother that he found his place, but something is still missing: his family. In the end, Timon and Pumbaa return to their jungle paradise, bringing Timon's entire meerkat colony with them. The meerkats now have a safe, work-free place to call home, and Timon is hailed a hero.

101 Dalmatians II: Patch’s London Adventure

Roger, Anita and their canine clan are packing for the big move to Dalmatian Plantation, a home in the country with plenty of room for the 101 pups and far from the clutches of Cruella de Vil. The feistiest pup, Patch, feels lost in a sea of spots and longs to be a one-of-a-kind wonder dog like his TV hero, Thunderbolt. While watching the Thunderbolt Adventure Hour, Patch hears about a chance to appear on the show while it's filming in London. However, the family move will interfere with Patch's opportunity - until he's accidentally left behind in the commotion. Patch heads for the audition to meet his hero and win a guest spot on the show, but is laughed off stage for his squeaky bark. Meanwhile, Thunderbolt's trusty sidekick, Lil' Lightning (Jason Alexander), tells Thunderbolt the producers want kill off his character and replace him with a younger dog. In order to save his job, Thunderbolt decides he will go into the real world and perform an act of true heroism to prove himself. A veritable reference book to Thunderbolt's many adventures, Patch provides the perfect guide for the TV star in his attempts at real-life heroics. As for Cruella - she's back and more obsessed with Dalmatians than ever. At first, she's able to calm her frenzy through an affiliation with a spot-fixated German artist named Lar. Meanwhile, Thunderbolt makes several attempts at 'heroism', telling Patch he is giving him a "Junior Deputy Test" and will let him on the show if he can pass. This "test" involves Patch unwittingly giving instructions on how Thunderbolt, who has no idea how to act without a script, should save the day. Back at Thunderbolt's trailer, Lightning's true nature is revealed. Fed up with being second best, he cons the producer, desperate and frantic over Thunderbolt going AWOL, into recasting him as the hero. Cruella soon discovers that Lars, despite his best efforts, is unable to recreate the look she desires. In order to inspire him, she begins hunting for the Dalmatian puppies, but is angry to find Anita's house empty. However, using a newspaper picture of Patch, she reads their new address off his collar. Meanwhile, Patch and Thunderbolt bond over their mutual fear of being 'just another dog' and Thunderbolt begins teaching the pup how to bark properly. The family finally becomes aware that Patch is missing as Cruella posts bail for her former cronies, Horace and Jasper and sends them to the farm to steal the remaining 98 puppies. Lars becomes enamoured with the pups and is inspired to paint, but Cruella announces that he going to make a masterpiece out of puppy fur. Lars refuses, but Cruella simply ties him up and goes back to her original plan of making a puppy fur coat. The imprisoned pups use the Twilight Bark to send an SOS, which is picked up by Patch and Thunderbolt, and the two set out to save Patch's family. Lightning is horrified when he discovers Thunderbolt might actually become a hero and hurries to the warehouse where the pups are being held. He convinces Thunderbolt not to use Patch's stealth plan but to openly attack. However Cruella shows up, knocks Thunderbolt out and locks the two in a cage. Lightning sneaks in and reveals that Thunderbolt is a fraud. Patch, is deeply hurt that Thunderbolt would lie, but soon realises that their current situation was covered in one of the TV episodes, and manages to escape. Patch releases his family, but Thunderbolt stays in his open cage. Horace and Jasper confess to Cruella the pups are missing, but Patch tricks the trio into going downstairs while the dogs escape via the roof and get onto a bus, which they accidentally start. Cruella follows in hot pursuit as they race through the streets of London, crashing through the filming of the new 'Lil' Lightning' show. Cruella finally corners the pups in an alley. Patch tries to hold off the trio as the others escape, but they are undaunted. Luckily, Thunderbolt arrives (having hitched a lift with Lars) and apologises to Patch, claiming he isn't a hero, but he can act like one. He fakes a heart attack, distracting Cruella (and managing to have her knock out Horace and Jasper) while the puppies escape before collapsing. Lightning bursts into tears at the sight of his 'dead' colleague as Patch puts the bus into reverse, forcing the four bad guys into the river. Patch and Thunderbolt survey the scene, both letting out deep, heroic barks. Lightning is arrested, along with Horace and Jasper, while Cruella, now driven completely insane, is sent to a mental institute. Pongo and Perdi arrive and tell Patch they are proud of him. Thunderbolt confesses that he is just an actor, but Patch is 'a real, one of a kind wonderdog'. A newspaper montage reveals the fates of the characters. Lars, using a painting Patch accidentally made by throwing paint at Horace and Jasper, finally receives credit for his 'genius'. Horace and Jasper open up a ladies' boutique with the motto: 'Fur Bad, Nylon Good'. Roger's new song 'Seeing Spots' becomes a smash hit, and Cruella is featured in an issue of 'The Institution'. A post credits scene shows Thunderbolt, with his new sidekick Patch, in his TV show, with the other pups serving as extras.

Aladdin: The Return of Jafar

The story opens with a band of robbers arriving in their hideout with their latest spoils. Just as their incompetent leader, Abis Mal (Jason Alexander), rouses the ire of his men, Aladdin (Scott Weinger) and Abu (Frank Welker) steal the treasures back and distribute most of it among the poor of Agrabah - with the exception of a jewel flower, which Aladdin intends to give to Jasmine. Upon their arrival, Jasmine announces to Aladdin a surprise which the Sultan (Val Bettin) intends to reveal at this evening's dinner.

Meanwhile, in the desert, Iago (Gilbert Gottfried) manages to dig himself and Jafar's (Jonathan Freeman) genie lamp out of the sand, into which the Genie had fired them. Jafar orders Iago to release him at once, but Iago, tired of being treated badly by Jafar, throws the lamp into a nearby well. He returns to Agrabah, hoping to convince Aladdin that he had served Jafar only because he had hypnotized him just like the Sultan (even though it's not the truth). He meets Aladdin and insists that he is innocent, but Aladdin is not fooled and tries to capture him. While chasing Iago, Aladdin has a run-in with Abis Mal and some of his men, but is saved by Iago (out of Iago's character). When Abis Mal and his gang fall on an Egg Merchant's eggs, they end up being chased away by Razoul and the Royal Guards.

Now willing to give Iago a fair chance, Aladdin returns with him to the palace, where they are greeted by Genie (Dan Castellaneta), who has returned from seeing the world and is glad to be home in Agrabah. That night, the Sultan announces that he wants to make Aladdin his new grand vizier. Trying to draw on the good mood, Aladdin attempts to persuade the Sultan to forgive Iago, but Iago inadvertently ruins the dinner when Rajah chases him into the room. Sultan and Jasmine are furious as Aladdin tries to tell him that Iago's changed. Sultan informs Aladdin to keep an eye on Iago at all times and receives a warning from Razoul what will happen to Iago if he hasn't changed. Jasmine leaves the room in anger. With Iago's help, though, Jasmine eventually reconciles with Aladdin.

Meanwhile, Jafar, by luck, is found by Abis Mal. As Jafar is a genie, he is handicapped by the incompetence of his new "master". Jafar desires to be free so that he can get revenge on Aladdin and rule Agrabah, but needs Mal's co-operation to do this. Though Abis Mal is technically his master, Jafar still asserts his power by tricking Abis Mal into wasting two of his wishes and placing him in dangerous situations before making him return to Agrabah; however, Abis Mal willingly goes along with Jafar in order to get his own revenge on Aladdin. Once in the palace, Jafar reveals himself to Iago and forces him to play along with his plans. The next day, Aladdin and the Sultan depart to have a discussion at a place suggested by Iago. After they leave, Jafar confronts the Genie and Abu in the Palace gardens and shows his power, imprisoning the pair.

Meanwhile, Aladdin has a talk with the Sultan that earns his acceptance as the future grand vizier. When Aladdin thanks Iago, he is ambushed by Abis Mal, accompanied by a group of cloaked horsemen. Aladdin, helpless without Carpet (who is trampled by one of the horses), fails to prevent the Sultan's capture. When Carpet recovers, Aladdin gives chase, only to be shocked when the horses gallop off the cliff and sprout wings. Despite his surprise, Aladdin takes back the Sultan. He is about to make his escape when one of Abis Mal's horsemen creates a waterspout, sucking the Sultan off the carpet and into the waterspout. Aladdin turns the carpet back to save the Sultan, but he and the carpet are sucked in. Aladdin, however, is thrown back out and into the raging river. While struggling to stay above the surface of the water, Aladdin manages to grab a rock. But before he can catch his breath, Abis Mal kicks him back into the river, and he plummets over the edge of the waterfall. Abis Mal enjoys his moment of glory, but one of the horsemen uses magic to keep Aladdin from meeting his death. Aladdin then gently floats over the deadly rocks and is dropped into safer water.

It is finally revealed that all the horsemen were Jafar in disguise. Abis Mal rushes towards Jafar, expressing anger that Aladdin was saved ("He was this close to being a greasy little smear on the rocks!"). Barely keeping his temper, Jafar reminds Abis Mal of the plan and congratulates Iago for his work. Iago, however, is clearly distressed at betraying Aladdin. Come nightfall, Aladdin recovers on a riverbank. He is then left to crawl back to Agrabah on foot. With the Sultan his prisoner, Jafar beings his next plan by taking the Sultan's turbin and rippiing it.

When Aladdin returns, Razoul unexpectedly arrests him for "murdering the sultan." While Razoul is interrogating Aladdin in the dungeon, Jasmine arrives and accuses Aladdin of murdering the Sultan and sentences him to death. When Aladdin tries to explain as she walks away, Razoul restrains him stating that he's in his care now.

The truth is that Jasmine was also captured while Aladdin was away, and Jafar disguised himself as her when he issued the death sentence. In the dungeon, Jasmine and the others berate Iago for betraying them, but their anger is quickly forgotten when Iago chooses to attempt to free Genie so he can save Aladdin.

The next morning, Aladdin is taken to the place where Razoul will behead him. Jafar in his Jasmine form reveals himself to Aladdin moments before his execution, and Aladdin frantically attempts to tell Razoul, but he either does not notice or chooses to ignore it. Finally, after a great amount of effort, Iago frees Genie, who saves Aladdin just as the sword falls, and then the others. Aladdin goes off on Iago for setting him up, but changes his mind when Jasmine informs him that Iago freed them with no selfish reason. While Iago suggests that they run, Aladdin decides to attempt to stop Jafar. Genie tells Aladdin that, in order to destroy Jafar, his lamp must be destroyed before Abis Mal wishes him free. Iago chooses not to face Jafar, and the others let him go without blame on account of their new freedom.

Jafar and Abis Mal celebrate Aladdin's death, and Abis Mal wants his third wish. However, Jafar refuses unless the wish is used to set him free. He bribes Abis Mal by conjuring mass amounts of gold and treasure in exchange for using the third wish for setting him free, while Genie attempts and fails to steal Jafar's lamp without being seen by the two. But Abis Mal hesitates, suspicious of Jafar's motives. They soon spot Abu attempting to steal the lamp. Jafar, surprised and enraged to see that Aladdin is still alive, blows them out of the throne room into the palace garden. Aladdin and Abu are saved by Genie, and Abis Mal is caught on a tree branch, unable to reach the lamp or properly move, and the lamp falls to the ground.

Aladdin, Jasmine, the Genie, Abu and Carpet engage Jafar (in his monstrous genie form) in combat, but even when bound by the rules of the Genie he easily outmatches them, using his tremendous powers to stop them from getting the lamp. His indiscriminate use of power opens a fissure in the ground which is filled with magma. Thoroughly trapped, Aladdin, Jasmine and Abu face certain death when suddenly Iago reappears and grabs the lamp, while cursing his former owner. Jafar blasts him, leaving him for dead, but Iago manages to recover for a moment and uses his last ounce of strength to kick the lamp into the magma. Jafar violently implodes into a cloud of dust as Genie rescues Aladdin and Iago.

To the joy of all, Iago recovers from his injuries, since it is among a Genie's set of laws that he can't use his powers to kill. Amidst the celebration, however, Aladdin announces to the Sultan that he is not yet ready to become a grand vizier, because first he wants to see the world, and can't just stay in the Palace for now. Jasmine declares that she will join him, but Iago objects to this and continues to rant as the film ends.

After the credits, Abis Mal, still stuck on a tree branch, suddenly realizes that, with Jafar and the lamp gone, he will never have his third wish.

Mickey's House of Villains

It is Halloween at the House of Mouse, and there are a lot of villains showing up tonight (or so Minnie claims). Jafar has a trick in store for the usual gang, but the villains have to wait until midnight, which is when he will unleash his trick.

After a series of cartoons, Jafar and Iago, along with Captain Hook, Cruella de Vil, Hades, Ursula, take over the house with a musical number of "It's Our House Now!", and all the other villains in the house join in. In the process, they trap all the heros in the kitchen, throw Mickey and the others out into the street, and change the House's name to the House of Villains, hence the movie's title. (In spite of the name change, though, the only few differences are darker lighting and mist hovering on the ground.)

Mickey, Donald, Goofy and Minnie in turn try to return things to normal, but Chernabog keeps throwing them out. Afterwards, Mickey dresses in his famous sorcerer outfit from Fantasia (and Fantasia 2000) and challenges Jafar to a magical duel using fireballs. Mickey's sorcerer hat is bounced off and there is very little time to put it back on, but then Aladdin saves the day by escaping the kitchen to the backstage room on the magic carpet and giving Mickey the lamp to trap Jafar. Mickey sucks Jafar into the lamp, while the rest of the villians flee like cowards, restoring the House to normal.

Kim Possible Movie: A Sitch in Time

Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable have been best friends since Kindergarten, but Ron's parents decide to move to Norway at the start of a new school year. If Ron moves, it risks putting the future of the team in question at a very bad time, because Dr. Drakken, Shego, Duff Killigan, and Monkey Fist have teamed up to steal the Time Monkey. The Time Monkey is a device used to travel through time, and its head and body were separated and put into two different locations years ago to prevent time-travelling. Drakken, Shego, Killigan, and Monkey Fist have already found the body - now they need to find the head! Meanwhile, Kim and Ron are having trouble communicating because there is a time difference between Norway and Middleton. Once Drakken and the rest of the villains put the head together, they leave Kim and Ron in the present and travel to the past, where they come up with a plan of destroying the Preteen Kim Possible. They find her and preteen Ron going on their first mission, to save two innocent people from being burned by lasers.

Preteen Kim grabs the remote and shuts down the lasers. Watching from a distance are Drakken and the rest of the villains. Monkey Fist summons a huge rock gorilla to crush preteen Kim and Ron. Meanwhile, Kim gets a time-travelling bracelet from a naked mole rat that looks just like Rufus, from the future. The naked mole rat warns Kim that "The supreme one will take over the future. You need to stop the supreme one!" Kim believes that the Supreme One is Drakken, and she travels to the past and finds Drakken and Shego trying to crush the preteen her. She turns the lasers back on and the rock gorilla crumbles. Drakken, Duff Killigan, and Monkey Fist get put in jail, but Shego grabs the time monkey and travels to the future, where she takes over the world.

Kim then takes the battle to Shego in a dystopian Middleton of the future. As they work with a band of rebels to overthrow the one time sidekick, they must defeat Shego with help by adult versions of their once young friends. Kim travels to Shego's palace and finds her friends: Wade, Monique and her mischievous twin brothers (who are now adults). Kim finds the time monkey, and also Shego sitting in a magnificent throne. Kim has to battle a muscular-type Drakken, who is now Shego's sidekick. Shego was actually the Supreme One all along, when Kim thought the Supreme One was Drakken. Shego establishes Middleton as her capital, renaming it "Shegoton", and transforms Club Banana into "Club Shego". She has dissenters brainwashed in special facilities and everyone, aside from a small band of resistance fighters, is forced to wear clothing based on Shego's green and black costume (which Kim and Ron had to put on due to other people noticing that they are from the Present).

Shego tells them her plan, how she managed to take over the world by strategically separating Kim and Ron, thus splitting up Team Possible and decreasing their effectiveness. This way, they failed to stop Shego in the past from obtaining the idol and dragging them into the future, leaving the world for her to dominate. When Ron hears this, he is outraged as he has always hated Norway and it was Shego's fault he had to live there and had to eat meatcakes. Ron, out of superior anger, defeats Drakken (likely his Mystical Monkey Powers kicked in and granted him super-strength) and kicks a time monkey-like stone object, which falls onto the actual Time Monkey and breaks it. The villains are outraged, and tell Ron that breaking the time monkey might twist time and space and destroy everyone. Suddenly, though, a portal opens and sends Kim and Ron back to the past. Kim and Ron have saved the day once again, but this time, they have forgotten everything that happened in the future and don't even remember that they have saved the world. Ron then randomly says, "I hate meat cakes" and they walk off to the distance. (Even though Kim and Ron relive everything that happened, this time, Kim and Ron do not relive going into the future or Ron moving away, which makes it a happy ending.)

The Incredibles

Superheroes, or "supers" as they are often referred to, were at one time much valued. One of the best known superheroes is Mr. Incredible (Craig T. Nelson). The movie opens with archive interviews with him, Elastigirl (Holly Hunter), and Frozone (Samuel L. Jackson).

On the night of his wedding, Mr. Incredible had to foil a suicide attempt by a bank president while Bomb Voyage (Dominique Lewis) tries to rob his bank. Interference at the bank by Mr. Incredible's number one fan Buddy Pine (Jason Lee) wanting to become his ward "IncrediBoy" results in damage to train tracks which force Mr. Incredible to stop the train. Mr. Incredible, in his civilian identity of Bob Parr, finally meets with Lucius Best (Frozone) at the church and is officially wed to Elastigirl.

The man saved from his suicide attempt by Mr. Incredible sues him for injuring him. Soon, injuries and other incidents suffered by civilians make superheroes unpopular with the public. This prompts a government-sponsored law to conceal them. Fifteen years later, Mr. Incredible and Elastigirl have settled into a suburban lifestyle near the city of Metroville, under their civilian names. Their children Dash (Spencer Fox) and Violet (Sarah Vowell) have also inherited superhuman powers — the hot-headed Dash obtains the ability of super-speed and the shy and timid older Violet has the ability to create forcefields and make herself invisible; but their infant Jack-Jack (Eli Fucile and Maeve Andrews) has no visible powers. Bob finds his job at an insurance agency boring and tedious, and often yearns for his former life and secretly goes at night with his best friend Lucius Best (Frozone) to find and stop crime. One such night ends in total disaster - although they save the tenants of a burning building, Bob and Lucius have to flee the police after they accidentally break into the jewellery store next door. When Helen finds out what happened after Bob gets home (very late), they only just avoid having an argument in front of the kids.

Bob loses his job and threatens his family's concealment of identity when he accidentally injures his boss, Gilbert Huph (Wallace Shawn), who had purposely prevented Bob from stopping a nearby mugging. That night, Bob discovers a message sent by a mysterious woman named Mirage (Elizabeth Peña), wherein she offers him the chance to use his abilities to stop a rogue robot, the Omnidroid 9000, on a remote island for a large sum of money. Bob keeps his job's loss and the new offer secret from Helen and completes the task. He later spends the next two months working himself into athletic shape (having lost it during the years of his inactivity) and obtains a new suit from fashion designer Edna Mode (Brad Bird). She makes a new costume for Mr. Incredible, but doesn't include a cape, as Incredible requested, since those superheroes that wore capes had fatal accidents.

Bob later takes another offer by Mirage to help on the island, but finds out that he'd been tricked. He is overcome by a much more powerful Omnidroid created by Mirage's boss, Buddy Pine. Buddy is now attempting revenge for being snubbed as a potential sidekick, using the name "Syndrome". Bob manages to escape Syndrome and his Omnidroid, and sneaks into his base, discovering that Syndrome has used the Omnidroid to kill off many of his former superhero colleagues: Apogee, Blazestone, Blitzerman, Downburst, Everseer, Gamma Jack, Gazerbeam, Hypershock, Kronos, Macroburst, Phylange, Psycwave, Stormicide, Tradewind, Universal Man, and Vectress.

Meanwhile, Helen has become suspicious of Bob's activities and discovers that he has visited Edna. She finds that Edna, in creating Bob's new suit, has created new suits for each member of the Parr family, including a homing device in each suit. Helen uses this to discover Bob's location on the remote island, but it alerts Syndrome and Bob is captured again. Helen procures a jet to find Bob, but finds Dash and Violet have stowed away. When Syndrome sends missiles to shoot the jet down as it nears the island, the three are able to escape using Helen's fireproof suit. Bob tries to grab and crush Syndrome but Mirage puts herself in the way. He threatens to kill Mirage if Syndrome does not let him go. Syndrome doesn't believe him and tells him to do it, but Bob spares Mirage's life after realizing he wouldn't accomplish anything from killing her. On land, Helen frees her husband from the base while Dash and Violet avoid capture by Syndrome's forces. The four reunite but are re-captured by Syndrome, who reveals that he plans to launch the final Omnidroid to Metroville, using a remote control to act as if he was saving the city in order to gain superhero status. After the robot is launched, Mirage turns on her boss and helps the Parrs to escape and follow on a second rocket.

The Parrs arrive in Metroville to find the Omnidroid rampaging through the city, having used its ability to learn and cope with opponents to separate Syndrome from his remote control. Assisted by Frozone, the Parrs seize the remote control and take advantage of its design to destroy the Omnidroid. They then return home, where Syndrome, having discovered the Parrs' identity, is attempting to kidnap Jack-Jack and make him his sidekick. As Syndrome flies to his waiting jet, Jack-Jack's innate superhuman power manifests itself as the ability to shapeshift into a number of difficult-to-handle forms, the last being a devilish being, causing Syndrome to drop him. Bob throws Helen into the air to safely catch Jack-Jack. He then throws his new car at Syndrome's jet, which causes Syndrome's cape to get caught in one of his jet engines (as foreshadowed by Edna's warning), dragging him to his apparent death. The Parrs resume their normal life, albeit more contentedly with their status quo than before. But when the city is threatened by a new villain called the Underminer (John Ratzenberger), the family of supers prepare to fight together anew

Disney's Dinosaur

A mother Iguanodon watches over her nest. A young Parasaurolophus wanders up and looks into the nest, but the mother shoos it away. When the young reptile disturbs a large Carnotaurus hiding in a nearby forest, the whole herd of dinosaurs is sent running away from it, Gallimimus, Edmontosaurus, Pachyrhinosaurus and such. The mother Iguanadon manages to escape, yet a Pachyrhinosaur is devoured by the "Carnotaur". During the chaos, the Carnotaurus tramples most of her eggs, leaving only one still intact. The surviving egg, stolen by a number of other dinosaurs, eventually ends up on Lemur Island, an island inhabited by, as its name suggests, lemurs and a gigantic flightless bird the Gastornis. A baby Iguanodon soon emerges from the egg, to the fear of some and the delight of others among the tiny mammals. The lemurs are initially cautious about the dinosaur, but they nonetheless raise him, giving him the name Aladar. Not long after Aladar has grown up, a tremendous meteoroid falls from the sky during a Lemur mating ceremony, landing in the ocean. The resulting fiery shockwave destroys Lemur Island and kills the Gastornis. Aladar escapes with Plio, his mother-figure and mother of Aladar's adoptive siblings, Zini and Suri, and his grandfather-figure, Yar, by jumping into the ocean. They wash up on shore to find that they are supposedly the last of the lemurs.

Aladar and the four surviving lemurs go in search of a new home and eventually wander into a desert. They are soon attacked by a pack of Velociraptor but are rescued when a multispecies herd of dinosaurs crosses their path, scaring the Velociraptors away. The herd is heading for their traditional breeding grounds, believed to have been spared from the meteoroid's blast. Aladar joins the herd, despite Yar's protests, and befriends the elderly Eema (Styracosaurus), Baylene (An elderly Brachiosaurus), and their pet Edmontonia Url. Kron, the leader of the herd, is a merciless Iguanodon with a strong belief in a Social Darwinism-like philosophy, wherein only those who can survive on their own power deserve to live. These beliefs are shared by his henchman Bruton. This causes strong tension between Kron and the more compassionate Aladar, which is only complicated by Aladar's instant attraction to Neera, Kron's sister – the first female of his kind that he has ever seen. Aladar and Neera's relationship is initially strained because of Zini's honest but ineffective efforts to help Aladar win her affections.

Later, when the herd arrives at the watering hole that they have relied on for past voyages only to find it empty, Kron orders the herd to move on, despite Neera's protests. Eema, growing weak of thirst, enters the empty lake bed. Aladar and Baylene follow her, and Aladar notices something is out of place about Baylene's footsteps. After digging, they find tons of water trapped beneath the sand. He recalls the herd with a loud cry, and Kron is the first one to arrive, thanking Aladar before telling him to go away and attacking all who try and drink the water before him. Nevertheless, Neera becomes infatuated with Aladar and the two begin to develop a positive bond when he teaches two young orphaned Iguanodons that Neera looks after, and later, Neera, how to get water. Bruton, who had temporarily left the herd along with a scout Iguanodon to search for water in the dry lake bed, returns alone mortally wounded after being attacked by a Carnotaur who has already killed his scout. He warns Kron that there are in fact two Carnotaurs pursuing the herd, saying that the predators have been driven from their normal hunting grounds by the meteor, and Aladar, the lemurs, and the elderly dinosaurs get left behind as the herd picks up the pace. Bruton is also left behind, unable to keep up due to his injuries, and Kron didn't even want him to come since he believes he led the Carnotaurs to the herd. Aladar invites him to stay with the misfits and himself. Bruton at first is reluctant to embrace this new idea and philosophy of helping others, but his loyalty is proved when the predators attack the stragglers inside of a cave. Aladar gets dragged in the tail by one of the Carnotaurs, but Bruton saves him, telling him to help the lemurs and the misfits. Bruton fights both the Carnotaurs, and during the fight he sacrifices himself by collapsing the cave, killing one of the Carnotaurs, though Aladar his friends assumed that they both died. As for the other Carnotaur, who breaks out from the rubble alive, but severely injured, it roars in anger, hoping to find and kill them for ruining its meal and killing its companion.

The group is trapped in the cave, and Aladar begins to mold into Kron's philosophy of survival-of-the-fittest after Bruton's death and his repeated failures, only to have his friends and family to rescue him from this dark outlook, telling him that Aladar's philosophy for helping others is the reason that they are all alive. With this in mind, the group escapes the cave by destroying a rock ledge blocking their exit, and to their surprise the exit leads to the nesting grounds. Once there, they see that the original route to the breeding grounds has been blocked by a landslide, leaving the herd without a way of entry. And even if the herd can manage to climb up the wall of rocks, they would face a sheer drop on the other side and none will survive. Aladar, shocked by this, leaves the nesting grounds to find the herd and tell Kron of the alternate route. On his way, he discovers that the remaining Carnotaur is close on the trail of the herd. Aladar discovers that the herd is following the leader, Kron, in a perilous attempt to scale the wall into the breeding grounds. Aladar tells them of his discovery, but Kron refuses to listen. Instead, he attacks Aladar, furious that his authority has been questioned and challenged. The two fight, until Kron knocks Aladar into a nearby rock. As Kron goes in for the kill, he is knocked down by Neera, who is tired of his cruel beliefs. Neera helps Aladar to his feet. Together Aladar and Neera lead the herd away from Kron and towards the exit of the canyon. Stubborn as ever, Kron, having lost the leadership of the herd, attempts to climb the wall alone, refusing to submit to the leadership of another.

Suddenly, the surviving Carnotaur comes round the rocks and corners the herd. The hungry carnivore charges, but is discouraged from a meal when the entire herd (led by Aladar) stays together as opposed to scattering like it hoped. The herd puts up loud calls at the Carnotaur without any act of cowardice, forcing it into a corner to let the herd pass away from it for good. The Carnotaur was about to give up on its hunt until it spots Kron climbing the wall, and moves to attack him. Neera and Aladar follow to save Kron. Upon reaching the top of the rocks and spotting the sheer drop on the other side, Kron realizes he is now cornered by the predator. Kron charges into battle; for a moment he manages to hold his, but in the last minute, he is bitten by the Carnotaur and thrown hard against the rocks. The Carnotaur closes in to kill Kron, but is stalled as Neera and Aladar come to the cliffside. In the fight that follows, the Carnotaur gains the upper hand by knocking Neera and Aladar out of its way, but Aladar gets back up and knocks it to the edge of a cliff, which starts to break as being unable to hold the theropod's heavy weight and the Carnotaur plummets down the cliff. The Carnotaur desperately tries to drag Aladar with it, but instead leaves Aladar with a bite on his back, and Aladar saves himself by holding on to what's left of the edge of the cliff while the Carnotaur falls down on the rocky grounds to its death. Neera goes to Kron's aid but it is too late, as Kron has already died from his wounds. Aladar takes over as the new leader and leads the herd through the cave into the nesting grounds, where the lemurs also find that they are not the last of their kind, and that there are lemurs in the nesting grounds. Zini finally gets a mate, Suri gets new friends and the lemurs have a new tree like the old one. This one has a lake for the lemurs to drink and swim. The movie ends with one of Neera and Aladar's eggs hatching, showing the lemurs and dinosaurs' peaceful life in the valley. Plio's voice can be heard above the jubilant bellows of nesting mothers, saying, "None of us really know what changes, big or small, lie ahead. One thing is certain; our journey is not over. We can only hope that, in some small way, our time here will be remembered."

Cinderella III: A Twist In Time

The film starts on the first anniversary of Cinderella and the Prince's wedding, where Jaq, Gus and the Fairy Godmother are surprising the couple with a picnic in the woods. Back at the manor that was Cinderella's former home, her stepsisters Anastasia and Drizella are stuck doing Cinderella's old chores, and are clearly unhappy with their current lifestyle. Anastasia, trying to avoid working, wanders off into the woods where she witnesses the Fairy Godmother's magic in action.

The Fairy Godmother drops her wand in front of Anastasia, who takes it and rushes back to the manor and shows it to her mother, Lady Tremaine. The Fairy Godmother arrives to retrieve the wand, and during a tussle, the Fairy Godmother is accidentally transformed into a stone statue. Anastasia is regretful for what has happened, but Lady Tremaine is ecstatic at the possibilities. She takes the magic wand and reverses time, going back to the moment where things started to go wrong: the Duke's arrival at the manor with the glass slipper. Lady Tremaine rushes the process along and uses the wand to make the slipper fit Anastasia's foot before Cinderella can make it downstairs. The Duke, seeing the slipper fit, announces that Anastasia will wed the prince, and asks for them to get ready to go to the royal palace. Cinderella rushes downstairs in what was previously "the nick of time" and is confused over the outcome. Lady Tremaine breaks Cinderella's other slipper and tells her to forget the dance ever happened. Tremaine and her daughters then leave to the palace for the wedding preparations.

Cinderella is convinced that the Prince will remember her, so she goes to the palace in secret and sneaks in through the servant's entrance. Elsewhere, when the Prince sees Anastasia, Tremaine uses the wand to make him forget about Cinderella completely. Jaq and Gus witness this event and tell Cinderella about the plot. Cinderella disguises herself and enters the room where her stepfamily is staying; though she manages to get the wand, Tremaine sends the palace guards to stop her before she can break the spell on the Prince. Cinderella is caught by the guards, and when the guards start to remove her from the castle, Cinderella reaches out to touch the Prince's hand, and the connection they both feel confuses him. Tremaine orders Cinderella to be put on the next ship out of the kingdom.

The mice take matters into their own hands and confront the Prince with their side of the story, using the other mended glass slipper as evidence. The Prince, although he still cannot remember her, believes the mice's tale and sets out to retrieve Cinderella before she sails off. He succeeds, the pair are reunited and the true nature of Tremaine and Drizella is revealed to everyone.

Despite this, Tremaine does not give up. She uses the wand's magic to conceal herself and her daughters when the King's guards search the palace grounds for her. As Cinderella is preparing for her wedding, Tremaine reveals herself and her new plan: Anastasia now looks exactly like Cinderella and will take the real Cinderella's place during the wedding ceremony. Tremaine then magically sends Cinderella, Jaq and Gus into the hollow center of a pumpkin in a distant meadow. In a twisted homage to the original film, the pumpkin becomes a deformed carriage and Lucifer becomes its humanoid driver, intending to send Cinderella and the mice to their doom. After a frantic struggle, Cinderella, Jaq and Gus manage to escape and rush back to the palace.

Cinderella arrives at the palace just as the vows are being exchanged, and witnesses Anastasia saying (after an inner struggle) "I don't" when prompted by the minister. Lady Tremaine, angered at her daughter's sudden conscience, steps out of her hiding place and uses the wand to turn the guards into animals. During the struggle, the Prince uses his sword to block the wand's magic, causing it to bounce back and send Lady Tremaine and Drizella back to their house as toads. Anastasia uses the wand to turn herself back to normal and then gives it to Cinderella who revives the Fairy Godmother. The Fairy Godmother takes her wand back and creates a new wedding for Cinderella and Prince Charming, letting them live happily ever after again.

And at the very end, Drizella and Tremaine become human again, but to their horror as servants like Cinderella used to be.

Cinderella II: Dreams Come True

The movie begins with the Disney logo fading into its animated counterpart giving the viewer the sense of an actual film. Inside, Cinderella's mice friends Gus and Jaq race to a chamber where the Fairy Godmother is reading the story of Cinderella to the other mice. Much to their dissapointment, Gus and Jaq arrive just as the Fairy Godmother reads that "Cinderella and the Prince lived Happily Ever After".

With the Fairy Godmothers help, the mice set off to make a new book to narrate what happens after the Happily Ever After, by stringing three segments of stories together into one narrative.

Aim to Please (Cinderella's story) Cinderella is put in charge of the palace banquets and parties, but realizes she doesn't agree with the way they are usually run, led by a sharp and sobbish woman named Prudence, who takes her from her husband and stepmother Tremaine and stepsisters Drizella and Anastasia (although the stepfamily are only seen in the An Uncommon Romance segment). With the help of other characters, Cinderella convinces everyone in the palace that everyone in the kingdom, including the peasants, should be allowed to participate in the next royal banquet and not everything has to agree with traditional ways.

The mice add Cinderella's story of her first day in the castle to the book as Jaq gets some magical help from the Fairy Godmother opening a bottle of ink. Proclaiming that he doesn't like "that magic stuff" Gus reminds him of his last encounter with it. Looking to impress a female mouse Jaq allows the Fairy Godmother to tell his story.

Tall Tail (Jaq's story) One of Cinderella mouse friends, Jaq, thinks he's too small to help Cinderella in the palace like he did in the first movie. The Fairy Godmother shows up to help him out, and turns him into a human so he can help out like everyone else. However, this does not stop Pom Pom, the palace's snobby cat (who became the mice's new nemesis as soon as they moved to the palace along with Cinderella and becomes Lucifer's crush in the third segment) from chasing Jaq around (Pom Pom thought Jaq in human form was worth approximately ten mice). Mistakenly taken for "Sir Hugh", after an incident with an elephant at a fair, he learns to be happy for who he is. It is also made evident that Jaq is in love with another mouse named Mary and that Pom Pom belongs to the same woman who was terrified of Jaq.

In a magic mishap one of the mice spills magic dust onto the art supplies causing them to become animated. The supplies begin to wreak havoc on the nearly completed book until the Fairy Godmother puts a stop to it. As the mice survey the mess they reminisce how they've seen worse and Jaq tells them of the time Anastasia fell in love.

An Uncommon Romance (Anastasia's story) Anastasia, Cinderella's stepsister, falls in love with a common baker, which her mother and older sister Drizella aren't too happy with. Her mother and Drizella still want her to marry a rich man, and convince her to forget about the baker and say that everything in the baker's shop is inferior; thus Anastasia has to go against her mother for the first time. At the same time, Lucifer (who was believed to have died at the first film's end) starts chasing Cinderella's mice and Anastasia is kicked by a horse when she and the baker meet, causing her to be left in rags by getting bread all over herself and breaks in tears when she crashes into the baker's shop. However, Cinderella finds out about Anastasia's feelings and tries to push her and the baker together. During the process, Lucifer enters the palace and continues to chase Cinderella's mice, but during the chase, he falls in love with Pom Pom despite her disliking him. The mice help their old nemesis Lucifer fall in love with Pom Pom, that is, if Lucifer promises to stop chasing mice. When Lucifer and Pom Pom get together, Pom Pom goads Lucifer into breaking his promise and helping her catch the mice. In the ensuing chase, the mice push a bucket of water on Pom Pom, and she dumps Lucifer out of spite. The baker, meanwhile, asks Anastasia to the upcoming ball, which her mother and Drizella are very unhappy about and Drizella tells her mother that Anastasia's become a disaster, and that she (Drizella) and her mother will become the laughingstock of the entire town. Anastasia stays with the baker and falls in love.

With a sigh the mice finish their book. They sing a reprise of "Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo" as they chase after Cinderella in an attmpt to give her the book. When they catch up with her she ask's them what it is, and Gus tells her is a book about them all. Cinderella thinks it's wonderful and asks if the mice would like to read it together to which the mice give a resounding "Yes!" They gather in front of the fire and Cinderella begins to read, "Once Upon A Time..."

The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian

1,300 years after the Pevensie siblings leave Narnia, a Telmarine prince, Caspian, is awakened by his mentor Doctor Cornelius, informing him that his aunt has just given birth to a son and that his life is now in grave danger. Cornelius gives him Queen Susan's ancient magical horn, instructing him to blow it if he needs help. Knowing that his uncle Miraz would kill him to steal the kingship, Caspian flees. Pursued into the woods, Caspian falls off his horse and is rescued by two Narnian dwarfs, Trumpkin and Nikabrik, and a talking badger named Trufflehunter. While Trumpkin acts as a decoy, Nikabrik saves Caspian from capture. Confused, Caspian blows the magical horn to summon help.

In England, one year has passed since the Pevensie children returned from Narnia. As their train to boarding school pulls in, the station collapses and the Pevensies are transported to Narnia. They discover the ruins of their castle, Cair Paravel, and realize it was attacked in their absence.

In the Telmarine castle, the lords of the council find out that Prince Caspian is gone. Lord Sopespian blames Miraz, but Miraz blames the Narnians and tell the lords to fight them to get Caspian back, though Miraz actually wants to kill Caspian.

The Pevensies save Trumpkin from being drowned by two Telmarines; he quickly realizes that the four children are the Kings and Queens of Old and they all continue on together. On the way, Lucy glimpses Aslan and tries to convince the others that she's seen him, but only Edmund believes her.

Meanwhile, Nikabrik and Trufflehunter lead Caspian to the Dancing Lawn, where the old Narnians have assembled. Caspian convinces them to help him win his throne so that he can give them back their land. Caspian and the Narnians steal a number of weapons from the Telmarines. They also encounter the Pevensies and Trumpkin; they all journey together to Aslan's How, a huge barrow built over the Stone Table. Peter decides that they will attack Miraz's castle. Lucy suggests waiting for Aslan to return, but Peter thinks they have waited long enough.

The Narnians succeed in raiding Miraz’s castle, but Peter calls for a retreat when he realizes that they are being overwhelmed by Telmarine soldiers. Peter, Susan, Edmund, Caspian, and half of the Narnians manage to escape, but the rest are trapped and slaughtered. When they return to Aslan's How, Peter and Caspian have an argument about the attack on the castle, which almost culminates in a swordfight. Back at the castle, Miraz is crowned King of Narnia.

Nikabrik, with the aid of a hag and a werewolf, tells Caspian that they can help him claim his throne and guarantee Miraz's death. However Nikabrik tricks Caspian and the hag then uses black sorcery to summon the White Witch. From inside a wall of ice, the Witch tries to convince Caspian to free her by giving her a drop of blood. Peter, Edmund, Lucy and Trumpkin arrive and kill Nikabrik, the werewolf, and the hag, and Edmund shatters the wall of ice before the Witch can be freed.

As Miraz and his army arrive at Aslan's How, Caspian suggests that Peter and Miraz duel one-on-one under the condition of surrender, in order to buy Lucy and Susan time to find Aslan. Miraz agrees to the duel. The girls are spotted by Telmarine soldiers during their search, so Susan sends Lucy off alone, remaining behind to face the soldiers. She is rescued by Caspian and the two return to the battle. Peter is able to wound Miraz, but gives his sword to Caspian to finish him off. Caspian spares Miraz's life but says that he intends to give Narnia back to its people.

Lord Sopespian stabs and kills Miraz with one of Susan's arrows and accuses the Narnians of shooting Miraz, leading to a battle between the Telmarine army and the Narnians, with the Telmarines gradually winning due to sheer numbers and a battery of trebuchets that keep a constant stream of rocks flying into the battle. Lucy, meanwhile, finds Aslan in the woods and he awakens the trees that have long been in a deep sleep. The tide of battle quickly turns as the trees join in attacking the Telmarines. Lord Sopespian orders retreat to a bridge, where they are confronted by Lucy and Aslan. Aslan summons the river god, who destroys the bridge and kills Lord Sopespian. The battle is won with the surviving Telmarine soldiers surrendering and handing over their weapons.

Before the Pevensies depart Narnia, Peter and Susan are told by Aslan that they have gained everything they could from their experiences in Narnia and will not be returning. Caspian informs the Telmarines that they may remain in Narnia if they are willing to coexist peacefully with the Narnians; but if they wish, they can return to the human world, from whence they originally hailed. Some agree to do so, and Aslan creates a portal for them and the four Pevensies. Susan and Caspian share a kiss, knowing they will never meet again. The Pevensies then go back to England, leaving Caspian as King of Narnia.

The Second World War has just begun and four children, Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy Pevensie, are evacuated from London in 1940 to escape the Blitz. They are sent to live with Professor Digory Kirke, who lives in a country house in the English countryside with his housekeeper, Mrs Macready.

One rainy day, the children decide to explore the house. Lucy, the youngest, is curious about the wardrobe in an empty room, and discovers that it is a portal to a snow-covered forest with a gaslight post in the centre. There she meets a faun, who introduces himself as Tumnus and invites her home for tea. He tells her that the land is called Narnia and is ruled by the ruthless White Witch, who ensures that it is always Winter but never Christmas.

Lucy returns through the wardrobe, having spent hours in Narnia, to find that only a few seconds have passed in England. She is unable to convince the others of her adventure, as the wardrobe now appears merely a wardrobe. Edmund, the next youngest of the four siblings, is particularly spiteful towards Lucy.

Several weeks later Lucy and Edmund hide in the wardrobe while playing hide-and-seek, and find that it leads again into Narnia. In the forest, Edmund fails to catch up with Lucy and encounters instead a pale lady on a sledge pulled by a white reindeer. She introduces herself as the Queen of Narnia, and enchants him with some magical Turkish delight. She promises to make him Prince and eventually King of Narnia, if only he will bring the other children to her castle.

After the witch drives on, Lucy finds Edmund in the woods and they return together through the wardrobe. Lucy mentions the White Witch and Edmund realizes that she is none other than the lady who befriended him. Back in England, Edmund lies to Peter and Susan, claiming that he and Lucy were just playing and that the wardrobe is no more than an ordinary one. Lucy is very upset at his duplicity.

A few days later, all four children scramble to avoid Mrs Macready, who is showing some visitors around the house. They hide in the wardrobe and find themselves in Narnia. Lucy guides them to Tumnus's cave, but they discover that Tumnus has been arrested, just as the White Witch had threatened, and that his cave has been ransacked by Maugrim, chief of the witch's secret police. A pair of talking beavers, Mr Beaver and Mrs Beaver, shelter the children and recount an ancient prophecy that the witch's power will fail when two Sons of Adam and two Daughters of Eve fill the four thrones at Cair Paravel. The beavers tell of the true king of Narnia — a great lion called Aslan — who has been absent for many years, but is now "On the move again."

Edmund, still in thrall to the witch, steals away to her castle; and the others set off to find Aslan when they realise that they have been betrayed. The White Witch treats Edmund harshly when he arrives without his siblings, and sets out in pursuit of them. But her power over Narnia is failing, and a thaw strands her sleigh. The other children reach Aslan, and a penitent Edmund is rescued just as the witch is about to kill him. Calling for a truce, the witch demands that Edmund be returned to her, as an ancient law (the "Deep magic") gives her possession of all traitors. Aslan offers himself in Edmund's place, and the witch accepts. Aslan is sacrificed by the witch, but comes back to life through "Deeper magic": when one who is blameless willingly dies on behalf of the guilty, he may return to life.

In a final battle, the witch is defeated and killed by Aslan. The children become kings and queens, and spend 15 years reigning in Narnia. They grow to maturity before returning to our world, where they find themselves children again. They hear Mrs Macready still talking to the visitors in the passageway; their years in Narnia have taken no more than a few minutes of time on this side of the door.

They explain their adventure to the professor, who believes them straight away and tells them that they would return to Narnia one day, though never again through the wardrobe.

Brother Bear

Long ago in a post-ice age North America, there are three Indian brothers named Kenai, Denahi, and Sitka. Denahi is the middle brother, and Sitka, the oldest. Kenai, the youngest, hates bears because they fight for the same food, overtake the land, and ruin his coming-of-age ceremony. Each brother was given his own totem when they came of age: Sitka, the eagle of guidance and Denahi, the wolf of wisdom. At the ceremony, Kenai is presented with the bear of love. Kenai questions the totem he has been given with his brother by saying that "[bears] don't love anyone, they don't think, they don't feel [...]", calling them thieves when he notices the stolen fish basket.
When Sitka is killed in a battle with the bear that stole the basket, Tanana, the tribal shaman, officiates a funeral rite for Sitka. Suddenly Kenai ignores the village teachings of brotherhood with animals and sets out to hunt the bear for revenge and eventually kills it. To punish Kenai, the Great Spirits, represented by the spirit of Sitka, transform him into a bear. Unfortunately his other brother, who was pursuing Kenai to stop him, doesn't realize what has happened. He finds Kenai's torn clothes and believes the bear took his other brother's life. In grief, he vows revenge.
Disoriented and barely escaping Denahi's wrath by falling into the river, Kenai awakens on the shore and in the presence of Tanana, who eases him through his initial shock at his change. Although she cannot understand his bear speech, she advises Kenai to find where the lights touch the mountain so that he can ask Sitka's spirit to change him back, and then she disappears without giving him directions. To Kenai's surprise, he finds he can talk with the other animals - but the only animals who are willing to talk to him are two stupid sibling moose, Rutt and Tuke, who are more interested in cracking jokes at Kenai's claims to be a man than helping him. Along the way, Kenai meets a talkative, pesky bear cub named Koda, who claims to know the way to the salmon run where the bears gather to fish and where the lights seem to hug the mountain.
What follows is a journey in which Kenai, when not dodging Denahi who is now hunting him, grows rather fond of the irrepressible Koda who he learns shares his spiritual beliefs. This in turn puts his hatred of bears in a stark perspective that forces him to reconsider, especially when he learns that Koda sees humans as the same sort of dangerous monsters as he himself once believed bears to be. This culminates when they finally reach the salmon run and Kenai has the awkward experience of being surrounded by bears. Yet, the bears quickly accept him and he in turn learns about the loving community of these animals that makes his hate seem so foolish even as he learns to enjoy himself.
This contentment is shattered when Koda tells the story of his separation from his mother. Kenai is aghast as he puts the pieces together and realizes the story is about the fight he and his brothers had with the bear. Kenai realizes to his horror that the bear he killed was Koda's mother. Distraught at the harm he has done to a cub he has grown to love, Kenai flees the gathering. The next morning Koda follows and asks what's wrong. With great shame and remorse, but also with great moral courage, Kenai confesses. At this traumatic revelation, Koda is left grief stricken and runs away in loss and betrayal while ignoring Kenai's apologies and pleas for forgiveness.
With nothing left to keep him with the bears, Kenai scales the mountain to contact the spirit of Sitka. Koda mourns alone, but then has a chance encounter with the squabbling Tuke and Rutt who reconcile because of their brotherhood, which makes Koda realize the importance of his friendship with Kenai. Meanwhile, Denahi finally tracks down Kenai; in the ensuing fight, Koda, having forgiven Kenai, rushes in to help at a critical moment in the fight. Kenai struggles to protect Koda and is willing to sacrifice himself to save the cub, much as Koda's mother had done. With this selfless act, Kenai shows that he has profoundly changed for the better and Sitka, who had been watching everything in the form of an eagle, changes Kenai back into a human.
Yet, while Kenai has regained his humanity, he can no longer talk with Koda, a cub who is now orphaned yet again. Rather than abandon Koda, Kenai tells Sitka that Koda needs him. Denahi calls Kenai "little brother" instead of "baby brother" and Sitka transforms Kenai (by his choice) back into a bear. The three brothers then share a hug and say goodbye, while Koda and his mother's spirit do the same.The film ends with Kenai as a bear, accompanied by Koda, being welcomed back by his tribe and pressing his pawprint to the cliff wall, which bears the handprints of countless generations of other tribe members who also fulfilled the calling of their totem animals.

Dr. Jumba Jookiba (David Ogden Stiers) is put on trial by the galactic governing body for illegal genetic experiments, including Experiment 626, an aggressive and cunning creature that is nearly indestructible. Jumba is imprisoned while 626 is set to be exiled on an asteroid. However, during transport on Captain Gantu (Kevin Michael Richardson)'s ship, 626 escapes to the planet Earth. The Grand Councilwoman (Zoe Caldwell) orders Jumba to work with Agent Pleakley (Kevin McDonald) to recover 626 discreetly. 626 survives his escape attempt to Earth and lands in Hawaii, but is knocked unconscious by a passing truck, and is taken to an animal shelter believed to be a breed of dog.

After the recent death of their parents in a car accident, 19-year-old Nani Pelekai (Tia Carrere) is looking after her younger, more rambunctious sister Lilo (Daveigh Chase). They are visited by Cobra Bubbles (Ving Rhames), a social worker who is concerned that Nani cannot care for Lilo appropriately and is considering taking her into foster care, which Nani is fearful of, as Lilo is the only member of her family she has left. After hearing Lilo in her room pray for a friend (because Lilo has no 'real' friends as every girl in her class bullies her), Nani allows her to adopt a dog from the animal shelter, and Lilo immediately takes keen interest in 626 despite misgivings from Nani and the shelter. Lilo names 626 "Stitch" (Chris Sanders), and shows him around the island; Stitch quickly discovers escape is impossible as he cannot swim. Nani is forced to bring Lilo and Stitch with her as she attempts to secure a job, while Lilo uses the time to try to curb Stitch's aggressiveness by making him behave as Elvis Presley. However, Stitch's antics, at times foiling Jumba and Pleakley's attempts to capture Stitch, ruin Nani's chances. David (Jason Scott Lee), Nani's 'boyfriend', sees Nani at the beach, where she was trying to get a job as a life guard, and suggests they go surfing because they were having a bad day. While Nani, Lilo and Stitch ride on a huge wave Jumba makes one more effort to capture Stitch from underwater; as a result, it appears Stitch attempted to drown Lilo. Though everyone is safe on shore, Cobra saw the whole event and tells Nani he will be by in the morning to collect Lilo. After seeing how much trouble he has caused and how Lilo and Nani 'had a chance til Stitch came along', he leaves with Lilo saying 'I'll remember you though, I remember everyone who leaves'.(As referring to her parents)

The next morning, as Nani waits for Cobra to arrive, David tells Nani of a job offer that she must respond to, and she entrusts Lilo to remain at home while she goes to secure it. Stitch, hiding in the nearby woods, encounters Jumba, who reveals that he can never have a family or 'belong' because he's just built to destroy and that Jumba was going to 'Take him apart'. Stitch races to Lilo's house, followed by Jumba who was firing at stitch with his gun, and the two fight, Lilo quickly calling on Cobra for help. The house is ultimately destroyed by the end of the fight, just as both Nani and Cobra return. As Nani And Cobra argue over Lilo's well-being, Lilo slips away to hide in the forest and finds Stitch, who reveals his true alien form to her. While she says how he ruined 'everything', they are both captured by Captain Gantu, and he makes to leave Earth. Nani is shocked to see Gantu, seeing him putting Lilo and Stitch in a container pod and taking off in the ship. Stitch then escapes from the container before the ship takes off. Nani then realises Stitch isn't what she thought he was and demands him to talk just as Lilo said he always did. While again trying to capture Stitch both Jumba and Pleakley are revealed to Nani and tell her that they do know Lilo and they can both get her back.

Stitch, with help from Jumba's ship and by launching a gas tanker truck out of a volcano, he is able to free Lilo and stop Gantu. After they land, they find that the Grand Councilwoman has arrived nearby to arrest Stitch personally. However, when she sees Stitch hugging Nani and Lilo, she realizes he has become a civilized creature. Using Lilo's certificate of Stitch's ownership as proof, the Councilwoman asserts that Stitch is now a part of Nani and Lilo's family on Earth, and lets him live his exile on earth. As her guards take Gantu away, she doesnt let Pleakley or Jumba return on her ship, and orders Cobra, a former CIA agent who previously met the Councilwoman at Roswell, to keep an eye on the new family. Stitch, Jumba and Pleakley become integrated into Lilo's family, and the house is rebuilt with the help of the three.

The Emperor's New Groove

Kuzco (David Spade) is the self-centered teenaged emperor of a mountainous jungle nation. One day, he summons Pacha (John Goodman), the headman of a nearby village, to inform him that he is building his summer home, Kuzcotopia, on the site of Pacha's home. Pacha attempts to protest, and is dismissed. Kuzco's ancient, power-hungry advisor Yzma (Eartha Kitt) and her easily-distracted lackey Kronk (Patrick Warburton) then attempt to poison Kuzco so that she can take control of the empire. However, the attempt is flawed, as the supposed poison turns out to be a potion which turns Kuzco into a llama. After knocking Kuzco unconscious, Yzma orders Kronk to dispose of him, but conscience-stricken Kronk loses the sack holding Kuzco. Kuzco ends up in Pacha's village, and after discovering that he has been changed, demands that Pacha help him return to the palace. Rebuffed, Kuzco attempts to return on his own and ends up surrounded by a pack of jaguars, only to be saved when Pacha has a change of heart. Pacha offers a deal to Kuzco - that he will help Kuzco if Kuzco will build his summer home elsewhere; Kuzco pretends to agree but only truly begins to change after the pair of them must work together to survive the collapse of a rope bridge.

Yzma assumes command of the nation, but when Kronk reveals he never killed Kuzco, the two search the jungle for him. Kuzco, Pacha, Yzma, and Kronk finally arrive at the same roadside diner, where Kuzco is glad to see Yzma until he overhears that she is out to kill him. He and Pacha realize the only way to prevent this is to return to Yzma's laboratory and find a potion to return Kuzco to normal. A race between Kuzco, Pacha, Yzma and Kronk begins, with the latter pairing finally getting hit by lightning and falling into a chasm.

Kuzco and Pacha arrive at the laboratory but find, inexplicably, that their pursuers somehow got there first. Kronk changes sides after a vicious tongue-lashing from Yzma, and gets dropped down a trapdoor. Yzma summons the palace guards, forcing Kuzco and Pacha to grab all of the transformation potions they can and flee. After trying several formulas that convert Kuzco to other animals, and then back to a llama, they escape the guards (but not Yzma) and find they are down to only two vials. Yzma accidentally steps on one of the two, turning herself into a tiny kitten. She still almost manages to obtain the antidote, but is thwarted by the sudden reappearance of Kronk. Kuzco becomes human again and sets out to redeem himself, building instead of Kuzcotopia, a small vacation hut on the hill next to Pacha's home. Meanwhile, outdoorsman Kronk becomes a scout leader, with kitten-Yzma forced to be a member of the troop.

Tarzan

In the late 1880s off the coast of Africa, a young couple and their infant son escape a burning ship, ending up on land near uncharted rainforests. The couple craft themselves a treehouse from their ship's wreckage. The parents are killed by a leopard named Sabor. Kala (Glenn Close), a gorilla who recently lost her own child to Sabor, hears the cries of the orphaned infant, taking him his as her own much to her mate Kerchak's (Lance Henriksen) despite. Kala raises the human child, naming him Tarzan (Alex D. Linz as a young boy, Tony Goldwyn as a young adult). Though he befriends other gorillas in the pack and other animals, including the young female gorilla Turk (Rosie O'Donnell) and the male elephant Tantor (Wayne Knight), Tarzan finds himself unable to keep up with them, and takes great efforts to improve himself including fashioning crude tools to put him on par with the other gorillas. As a young man, Tarzan is able to kill Sabor with his crude spear and protect the pack, earning Kerchak's respect.

The gorilla pack's peaceful life is interrupted by the arrival of a team of human explorers from England, including Professor Porter (Nigel Hawthorne), his daughter Jane (Minnie Driver) and their hunter-guide Clayton (Brian Blessed). Jane is accidentally separated from the group and chased by a pack of baboons. Tarzan saves her from the baboons, and recognizes that she is the same as he is, a human. Jane leads Tarzan back to the explorer's camp, where both Porter and Clayton take great interest in him—the former in terms of scientific progress while the latter hoping to have Tarzan lead him to the gorillas so that he can capture them and return with them to England. Despite Kerchak's warnings to be wary of the humans, Tarzan continues to return to the camp and be taught by Porter and Jane to speak English and learn of the human world, and both he and Jane begin to fall for each other. However, Clayton cannot convince Tarzan to lead him to the gorillas.

When the explorers' boat returns to pick them up, Clayton makes Tarzan believe that if he shows the group the gorillas, then Jane will stay with him forever. Tarzan agrees and leads the party to the gorilla pack's home, while Turk and Tantor lure Kerchak away to avoid having him attack the humans. Porter and Jane are excited to mingle with the gorillas, but Kerchak returns and threatens to kill them. Tarzan is forced to hold Kerchak at bay while the humans escape, and then leaves the pack himself, now alienated by his actions. Kala takes Tarzan to the treehouse she found him in, and shows him his true past, and encourages him to leave with Jane and the others. When they return to the gorilla home, they find that Clayton and his men capturing the gorillas, and are captured themselves and taken to the waiting ship. Tarzan manages to escape with the help of his friends, and races back to the gorilla home. Kerchak and Tarzan together battle Clayton; Kerchak is fatally shot while Tarzan chases Clayton into vine-covered trees and destroys his gun. Clayton, in his haste to kill Tarzan, ignores his warning about the vine wrapped around his neck, and his neck is broken in the drop when he cuts himself free. Kerchak, in his dying breath, accepts Tarzan as his own and names him the leader of the gorilla pack. The rest of the gorillas are freed after scaring away the rest of Clayton's men.

The next day, as Porter and Jane prepare to leave on the ship, Tarzan reveals that he now plans to stay with the pack. As the ship leaves shore, Porter encourages his daughter to stay with the man she loves, and she jumps overboard to return to shore; Porter shortly follows himself. The two are accepted into the gorilla pack.

Mulan

The film opens when the Huns, led by the ruthless Shan Yu (Miguel Ferrer), invade China. The Chinese emperor commands a general mobilization in which each family is given a conscription notice. The story then switches to the Fa Family where the only child Fa Mulan (Ming-Na Wen) is preparing to meet the matchmaker on the day. She gets ready and meets the matchmaker only to make a spectacle of herself and fail miserably. Later, at home her father Fa Zhou (Soon-Tek Oh) comforts her just as Imperial forces arrive to give out conscription notices. Fa Zhou, having no son to fight, is forced to enlist despite his age and disability. Mulan poses as a man and flees to join the army in his place. Mushu (Eddie Murphy), a small dragon, travels with her, in an attempt to regain his dignity among the family ancestors by making her a war hero. He, in turn, is accompanied by a dubiously "lucky" cricket named Cri-kee.

Mulan proceeds into camp and meets fellow soldiers, but under advice from Mushu on how to act like a real man, unwittingly starts a camp-wide brawl. In one of the tents, General Li (James Shigeta) promotes his son Captain Li Shang (B.D. Wong) to Captain and orders him to train new troops while the General attempts to stop Shan Yu at a nearby mountain pass. Li Shang stops the brawl and questions Mulan, who passes herself off as 'Ping'. Li Shang begins a grueling training schedule and is visibly disappointed at his new troop's abilities, or lack thereof. Eventually he orders Mulan to return home, but she succeeds in impressing him by retrieving an arrow from a tall pole while weighed down with brass amulets. The troops, inspired by this, all improve and become good soldiers, particularly Ling, Yao and Chien-Po, who become Mulan's "buddies".

Mushu forges a letter from the General, ordering Li Shang to meet him at the pass. The troops set out to meet General Li, but find the village at the pass razed and the Imperial Troops slaughtered. After pausing to mourn, they make their way to the Emperor. As they journey, Mushu accidentally fires a cannon, giving their position away to the Huns. Shan Yu and a massive force begin stampeding down a snowbank towards the outnumbered troops. Mulan races to a snowbank and fires the last cannon at the mountain above, causing an avalanche and burying the Huns. Shan Yu, outraged at the loss, critically wounds Mulan before being overcome by snow. Mulan and the troops barely escape the snowbank, Mulan saving Li Shang in the process. She succumbs to her wounds shortly after, and while in care, is discovered to be a woman. While Chi Fu, the Emperor's advisor (who had hidden beneath a rock while the others fought) demands she be killed, Li Shang relents and spares her for saving him, but banishes her from the troops as they head to the city. Mulan and Mushu discuss the true reason why they are there: he to get back in the good graces of the ancestors, she to prove she can do something right for a change. As they prepare to leave, Shan Yu and half a dozen of his best warriors emerge from the snow, and head towards the Imperial City. Mulan quickly decides to follow them and warn Shang.

In the Imperial City, the troops are part of a parade in their honor as the 'Heroes of China', but none except Chi Fu are enjoying themselves, as they are in shock about Mulan. Shang is surprised when Mulan rides up, but dismisses her warning. Mulan pleads with the members of the crowd to believe her, but they shake her off. Mushu reminds her she is a girl again, and they will not listen. Shang presents the Emperor with the sword of Shan Yu, but Shan Yu's falcon snatches it from his hands and carries it to his master on the roof of the palace. Shan Yu and his troops reveals themselves, abducting the Emperor and sequestering themselves in his palace. Mulan leads Shang and her three "buddies" (comically disguised as concubines), in a ploy to rescue the Emperor. After a struggle, Mulan eventually overcomes Shan Yu by luring him into the path of fireworks to his apparent death. The Emperor and others in the Imperial City all respect Mulan. The Emperor presents her with his crest and Shan Yu's sword to prove her deeds to anyone.

Mulan travels home and presents the gifts to her father, but he throws the priceless treasures aside and embraces her, calling her his 'greatest gift and honour'. Shang, having being advised by the Emperor that 'you don't meet a girl like THAT every dynasty', has followed her under the guise of returning her helmet. He gladly accepts her invitation to stay for dinner. In addition for helping Mulan, First Ancestor Fa, who grieves the truth about it, gives Mushu his job as a guardian again. Soon, he, Cri-Kee and the ancestors celebrate.

Finding Nemo

Shortly after the Ocellaris clownfish Marlin (Albert Brooks) and his wife Coral (Elizabeth Perkins), move into a new home, Coral is eaten by a barracuda along with all of their eggs, except for one. Marlin finds that egg and promises it he will never leave it, naming it Nemo as suggested by Coral. The attack has left the egg damaged.

Some time later, Nemo (Alexander Gould) begins his first day at school, but is frustrated and embarrassed by his overprotective and neurotic father. Marlin has constantly warned Nemo about the dangers of the ocean because he himself fears them, and also because one of Nemo's fins is much smaller and weaker than the other due to the damage to his egg (his "lucky fin"). Disobeying his father in order to show him that these fears are unfounded, Nemo deliberately swims out to open water; in the process, he is captured by a scuba diver. Marlin races after the diver's boat but quickly loses it. As he desperately searches for help, he bumps into Dory (Ellen DeGeneres), a regal tang who suffers from short-term memory loss but is nonetheless relentlessly optimistic, in contrast to Marlin. The pair soon encounter three sharks, Bruce, Anchor and Chum (Barry Humphries, Eric Bana and Bruce Spence respectively), who are members of "Fish Eaters Anonymous," an organization modeled after AA.

Marlin and Dory find the diver's scuba mask and, in a scuffle over the mask, inadvertently spark Bruce into a feeding frenzy and are forced to flee into a deep trench, only to be nearly eaten by a viper fish. Dory remembers that she can read and they discover that Nemo has been taken to Sydney, Australia. Dory surprises herself by being able to remember the name and address written on it. A passing school of fish (one of whom is voiced by John Ratzenberger) gives them directions to get there via the East Australian Current, and also advises them to go through the trench that leads to it. However, only Dory hears the warning and she quickly forgets it. Marlin doesn't like the looks of the trench and leads Dory over it, where both are nearly stung to death by a mass of jellyfish.

Meanwhile, Nemo is placed in a fishtank in a dentist's office. The dentist, who captured him earlier, plans to give Nemo to his niece Darla (Lulu Ebeling) as a birthday present; the other fish in the tank fear her greatly, knowing her tendency to handle fish so roughly that they die. Their leader, Gill (Willem Dafoe), a Moorish Idol, has been plotting a mass escape and calls on Nemo to jam the tank's water filter. The first attempt fails, nearly costing Nemo his life, and Gill apologizes for endangering him for personal gain.

Marlin and Dory are found by a group of sea turtles who are riding the East Australian Current, and they make a full recovery. As Marlin befriends the turtle Crush (Andrew Stanton) and his son Squirt (Nicholas Bird), he tells some of the sea turtles about his reason for venturing so far from home. His story travels among the sea creatures, eventually reaching Nemo via a friendly Brown Pelican named Nigel (Geoffrey Rush). Nemo is inspired by this account and makes a second attempt on his own to jam the filter, this time meeting with success. The tank begins to get dirty, and the fish hope that the dentist will take them out so he can clean it; once they are in individual plastic bags, they can roll out the window and into the harbor. However, while they are sleeping, he installs a high-tech filter to keep the tank clean automatically, foiling their plan.

Marlin and Dory are swallowed by a blue whale, which delivers them safely to Sydney. Confronted by a pelican and a flock of hungry seagulls in the harbor, they are rescued by Nigel, who takes them to the office as the dentist removes Nemo from the tank and puts him in a bag. When Darla arrives, Nemo pretends to be dead, hoping that he will be flushed down the toilet and thus be able to reach the ocean. Marlin and Dory are shocked to see Nemo belly-up and believe he is truly dead. After they and Nigel are thrown out the window, Gill helps Nemo escape down the drain of the dentist's sink to the ocean.

Deeply depressed in the belief that his rescue attempt amounted to nothing, Marlin thanks Dory and tells her he is going home on his own. Dory, however, is reluctant to be left by herself again, claiming that she can remember things better when he is around. Marlin still swims away to go home, leaving Dory hopelessly lost and confused. A chance encounter with Nemo jogs her memory of her adventures with Marlin and the two catch up with Marlin and there is a brief and happy reunion. Moments later, Dory is caught in a fishing net along with a school of grouper. Nemo has an idea to save her by telling the fish caught in the net to swim down, a trick the other fish in the tank had tried to use to save him from being scooped up in the dentist's net. Though Marlin is afraid to let him go out of fear of losing him again, he realizes that he has to let Nemo take this chance. The maneuver works, freeing Dory and the grouper, and Marlin reconciles with Nemo and apologizes for being overprotective.

Once they have returned home, Marlin is able to let Nemo "go have an adventure" at school, and he impresses and wins the respect of his neighbors for going across the ocean to find his son. In the epilogue, the automatic cleaner/filter in the dentist's fish tank breaks down, forcing him to put all the fish in plastic bags while he cleans it out; they soon reach the ocean, but are still stuck in their bags. As the credits roll, though, they are seen swimming freely in the ocean.

The Aristocats

The film is set in Paris, France, in 1910, and centers around a mother cat named Duchess and her three kittens Marie, Berlioz, and Toulouse. The cats live in the mansion of retired opera singer Madame Adelaide Bonfamille, along with her English butler Edgar.

Madame Adelaide, early on, settles her will with her lawyer Georges Hautecourt, an aged, eccentric old friend of hers, stating that she wishes Edgar to look after her beloved cats until they die and then inherit the fortune himself. Edgar hears this from his own room and believes (based on the fable that cats have nine lives) that he will be dead before he inherits Madame Adelaide's fortune, and plots to remove the cats from a position of inheritance. He sedates the cats by putting an entire bottle of sleeping pills into the cat's food and then heads out into the country side to dispose of them. However, two hound dogs named Napoleon and Lafayette, ambush Edgar, biting his rear and his leg. After the conflict, Edgar escapes leaving behind his umbrella, bowler hat, the cats' bed-basket, and the sidecar of his motorcycle. The cats are left in the country side, while Madame Adelaide, the mouse Roquefort, and Edgar's horse Frou-Frou discover their absence.

In the morning, Duchess meets an alley cat named Abraham de Lacy Giuseppe Casey Thomas O'Malley, who ultimately offers to guide her and the kittens to Paris. From their meeting onward, Duchess is enamored of the handsome Thomas O'Malley (as he is most frequently called) and he with her; the kittens, too, are enraptured though he takes a moment to be fond of them.

The cats have a struggle returning to the city, briefly hitchhiking on the back of a milk cart before being chased off by the driver. Marie subsequently falls into a river and is saved by O'Malley. O'Malley himself is then rescued from the river by a pair of English geese, Amelia and Abigail Gabble, who are traveling for Paris. Assuming he is learning to swim, the two geese attempt to help him, nearly drowning him in the process. Upon their return to dry land, Amelia and Abigail join the cat group on their way back to Paris, all of them marching like geese.

Traveling across the rooftops of the city and exhausted, O'Malley offers his "pad" for them to spend the night. In doing so, the cats meet Scat Cat and his band, close friends to O'Malley, who perform "Ev'rybody Wants to Be a Cat". After the band has departed and the kittens in bed, O'Malley and Duchess spend the evening on a nearby rooftop and talk, while the kittens listen at a windowsill. Though it is obvious they both have feelings for each other, Duchess ultimately turns him down, out of loyalty to Madame Adelaide. Edgar, meanwhile, retrieves his sidecar, umbrella, and hat from Napoleon and Layafette (who had made beds out of them) with some difficulty.

In the morning, the cats make it back to the mansion, and O'Malley sadly departs. Edgar recaptures the cats in a sack and briefly hides them in an oven. Roquefort is dispatched to pursue O'Malley for his help. He does so, whereupon O'Malley races back to the mansion, ordering Roquefort to find Scat Cat and his gang. Peppo the Itailan cat scares Roquefort. He tries to escape but ends up getting caught by Scat Cat. Roquefort tells him that he was sent by O'Malley and that Duchess, Marie, Berlioz, and Toulouse are in need of help.

Edgar places the cats in a trunk which he plans to send to Timbuktu, Africa. O'Malley, Scat Cat and his gang, Roquefort and Frou-Frou all fight Edgar, while Roquefort frees Duchess and kittens. In the end, Edgar is booted into the trunk, locked inside, and sent to Timbuktu himself. Madame Adelaide's will is rewritten to exclude Edgar and include O'Malley; simultaneously, Madame Adelaide starts a charity foundation providing a home for all of Paris' stray cats. The grand opening thereof, to which most of the major characters come, features Scat Cat's band, who perform a reprise of "Ev'rybody Wants to Be a Cat".

The Sword In The Stone

The film begins by stating that Uther Pendragon has died, leaving England kingless. The "Sword in the Stone" appears in London, with an inscription proclaiming that whomever pulls it out is the rightful King of England. However, none succeed in removing the sword and the sword was left forgotten.

Some years later, Wart, a 12-year-old orphan training to be a squire, accompanies his older foster brother Kay on a hunting trip. Kay attempts to shoot an arrow at a deer but Wart accidentally causes him to miss. Wart volunteers to retrieve the arrow, and eventually winds up falling into Merlin's cottage. After some brief introductions, Merlin announces he will be Wart's tutor. Merlin packs up and accompanies Wart back to his foster father, Sir Ector, who resides at a nearby castle. Ector, who does not believe in magic, refuses to allow Merlin to tutor Wart. Merlin uses magic to create a blizzard to persuade Ector, and he reluctantly agrees to let Merlin stay. Ector's friend Pellinore arrives with news about a jousting tournament to be held on New Year's Day in London, wherein the winner would be crowned King of England. Ector immediately proposes that Kay be knighted and compete for the title.

Merlin begins his lessons by transforming Wart and himself into fish and going into the palace's moat. Wart is chased and attacked by a pike with Merlin trapped and unable to aid him, and is saved by Archimedes. Wart is sent to the kitchen as punishment after he tried to relate his fish lessons to a disbelieving Ector. Merlin arrives and uses magic on the dirty dishes so that they would wash themselves. He then takes Wart for another lesson, wherein he transforms Wart and himself into squirrels. Merlin teaches Wart about gravity, and about male-female relationships when two female squirrels become infatuated with them. Meanwhile, the cook has discovered the dishes washing themselves. Ector and Kay are attempting to stop the spell in vain when Merlin and Wart arrive. After Merlin stops the spell, Sir Ector accuses him of practicing black magic. Wart defends Merlin, but Ector refuses to listen and punishes Wart by stating that another squire go to London with Kay in his place.

For his last lesson, Merlin transforms Wart into a sparrow. While Wart is practicing how to fly, a hawk attacks him and forces him to fly down Madam Mim's chimney. Mim is a witch whose magic uses trickery, which she claims is more useful than Merlin's educational wizadry. Wart is unconvinced, and Mim decides that she will have to destroy him. She turns into a cat and chases him around her cottage. Merlin arrives and challenges Madame Mim to a Wizard's Duel, a type of duel wherein the combatants try to defeat each other by changing themselves into various animals to destroy one another. In this duel, transforming into make-believe creatures, disappearing, and cheating is not allowed. Mim immediately breaks the rules by disappearing, and eventually transforms into a dragon. Merlin counters by transforming himself into a germ and defeats her by infecting her with a disease.

Christmas comes, and Kay is now knighted. Ector reinstates Wart as Kay's squire after his replacement comes down with the mumps. Arthur runs to tell Merlin, who is disappointed that Wart still prefers war games to academics. Wart tries to explain that, as an orphan, he cannot become a knight and that a squire is the best position he can attain. This aggravates Merlin and he transports himself to 20th-century Bermuda in anger.

Ector, Kay, Pellinore, and Wart (accompanied by Archimedes), travel to London for the tournament. Moments before Kay's match, Wart realizes that he has forgotten Kay's sword at their inn. Wart is unable to retrieve the sword, since the inn is closed because of the tournament. Archimedes notices a sword in an anvil on a stone in a churchyard, and points it out to Wart. After a few moments of hesitation, he pulls the sword from the stone, unwittingly fulfilling the sword’s prophecy.

Wart returns with the sword and hands it to Kay, but Ector recognizes "the Sword in the Stone" and the tournament is halted. The crowd demands that Wart prove that he took the sword. Ector replaces the sword in its anvil and it remains unmovable when Kay and other men attempt to pull it out, but Wart manages to pull it out a second time. Sir Bart asks Ector what the boy's name is; Ector says "Wart", but quickly corrects himself and says "Arthur". Sir Bart cries "Hail!! King Arthur!!", and the crowd follows suit. Ector then kneels, commanding Kay to do the same, and asks Arthur for forgiveness.

When Arthur is crowned king, he feels unprepared to take the responsibility. While inside his throne room, Arthur calls out to Merlin for help, who arrives and is elated to find that Arthur will be the King that he has seen in the future. Merlin tells the boy that he will rise and lead the Knights of the Round Table, and continues to talk about the future.

Bambi

A doe gives birth to a fawn in the thicket whom she names Bambi. After he learns to walk, Bambi befriends Thumper, a young rabbit, and while learning to talk he meets Flower, a young skunk. One day his mother takes him to the meadow, a place that is both wonderful and frightening. There he meets Faline, a doe-fawn, and his father, the Great Prince of the Forest. It is also during this visit that Bambi has his first encounter with man, who causes all the animals to flee the meadow. During a harsh winter, Bambi and his mother go to the meadow and discover a patch of new grass, heralding the arrival of spring. As they eat, his mother senses a hunter and orders Bambi to flee. As they run, gun shots ring out. When Bambi arrives at their thicket, he discovers his mother is no longer with him. He wanders the forest calling for her, but she doesn't answer. His father appears in front of him and tells Bambi "your mother can't be with you anymore," then leads him away.

In the spring, an adult Bambi is reunited with Thumper and Flower as the animals around them begin pairing up with mates. Though they resolve not to be "twitterpated" like the other animals in love, Thumper and Flower each leave with newly found mates. Bambi is disgusted, until he runs into Faline and they become a couple. As they happily dance and flirt through the woods, another buck, Ronno, appears who tries to force Faline to go with him. Though he initially struggles, Bambi's rage gives him the strength to defeat Ronno and push him off a cliff and into a river below.

That night, Bambi is awoken by the smell of smoke. His Father explains that Man is in the forest and they must flee. Bambi goes back to search for Faline, but she is being chased by hunting dogs. Bambi finds her in time and fights off the dogs, allowing Faline to escape. With Faline safe, Bambi runs but is shot as he leaps over a ravine. The Great Prince finds him there and urges him back to his feet. Together, they escape the forest fire and go to a small island in a lake where the other animals, including Faline, have taken refuge.

At the end of the film, Faline gives birth to twin fawns, Bambi stands watch on the large hill, and the Great Prince silently turns and walks away.

Herculeus

The film begins in a very United States of America-like ancient Greece with a mock-epic spoken narration (Charlton Heston), but dissolves into the musical narration by the five Muses (consisting of Calliope (Lillias White), Clio (Vaneese Y. Thomas), Melpomene (Cheryl Freeman), Terpsichore (LaChanze), and Thalia (Roz Ryan). The Muses tell the tale ("The Gospel Truth") of how Zeus (Rip Torn) came to power and prevented the monstrous Titans from ruling the world. This leads to the day Hercules is born to Zeus and Hera (Samantha Eggar), much to the pleasure of all the other gods except Hades (James Woods), Zeus' brother, who receives word from the Fates (consisting of Clotho (Amanda Plummer), Lachesis (Carole Shelley), and Atropos (Paddi Edwards) that though he will release the Titans in eighteen years, Hercules will one day rise to power and prevent him from taking control of the world. Hades sends his minions, Pain (Bobcat Goldthwait) and Panic (Matt Frewer), to kidnap Hercules and feed him a potion that will strip him of his immortality; however, they are interrupted and, while Hercules becomes mortal, he retains his god-like strength because he didn't drink the last drop.

Hercules (Josh Keaton) grows up to be a misfit, challenged by his incredible strength and inability to fit in with other people. His adoptive parents Amphitryon (Hal Holbrook) and Alcmene (Barbara Barrie) finally tell him they found him with the symbol of the gods around his neck. Hercules believes the gods may have the answers behind his past and decides to go to the Temple of Zeus ("Go the Distance"). Zeus manifests as his statue and tells him that he is Hercules' father, and that he must prove himself a true hero before he can rejoin the other gods on Mount Olympus. Hercules rides on Pegasus (Frank Welker) and leaves the temple to seek out Philoctetes ("Phil" for short), an unhappy satyr and trainer of heroes. Phil (Danny DeVito) has failed to train a true hero yet; but after some "persuasion" from Zeus, Phil decides to take on Hercules as his final attempt ("One Last Hope").

After completing his training, Hercules (Tate Donovan), Phil, and Pegasus set out to establish Hercules as a hero. En route to the city of Thebes, Hercules sees the beautiful Megara (or Meg, as she identifies herself), who is being threatened by Nessus (Jim Cummings), a centaur. A smitten Hercules barely succeeds in rescuing Meg (Susan Egan), and she thanks him before leaving to enter the forest, and here it is revealed that she is conspiring with Hades. She had sold her soul to Hades in order to save her former lover's life, but her lover then abandoned her for another woman. Now, Meg must do favors for Hades in order to avoid an eternity in the underworld. When Hades learns that Hercules is alive, he is enraged and plots to murder him again.

When Hercules tries to prove himself a hero at Thebes, Hades sends the Hydra, a enormous dragon-like monster with many heads, to kill him. After a lengthy battle, Hercules finally prevails. Hades then sends one monster after another to destroy Hercules, but he defeats them all easily ("Zero to Hero" and "Hercules"). Hercules becomes a celebrity because of his exploits. Hades, realizing that his plans are jeopardized, sends Meg out to discover Hercules' weakness, promising her freedom in return. Meanwhile, Hercules is disappointed to learn from his father Zeus that he has yet to become a true hero, with the latter saying that defeating monsters and saving people is not enough; a true hero is "something more than that". Hercules then spends the day with Meg, who finds herself falling in love with him ("I Won't Say (I'm in Love)"). When Hades intervenes, she turns on him and tells him that Hercules has no weaknesses; but Hades realizes that Meg herself is Hercules' one weakness.

Phil learns of Meg's involvement with Hades and tries to warn Hercules, but Hercules refuses to believe him and knocks him to the ground in anger. Discouraged, Phil leaves for home. Meanwhile, Pegasus has been captured by Pain and Panic, who disguised themselves as his mare. Hades arrives with a captured Meg and proposes a deal: if Hercules surrenders his strength for the next twenty-four hours, Meg will remain free from harm whereas if any harm is done to Meg, Hercules will get his strength back. After Hercules agrees, Hades frees the Titans from their prison and sends them to attack Olympus and imprison the other gods, while one Titan, the Cyclops, is sent to kill Hercules. Disheartened by Meg's involvement with Hades, Hercules takes a severe beating. Meg, regretting having played her part in Hades' plans, frees Pegasus and gets Phil to come back and help Hercules. Phil convinces Hercules to fight back, and Hercules uses his wits to defeat the Titan and save the city of Thebes. Hercules is able to defeat the Titan, but a pillar behind him becomes loose. Meg notices this and pushes him out of the way, but is unable to save herself and takes the blow. With Meg mortally injured, the deal is broken, and Hercules' strength is returned. Hercules promises Meg that he will save her as he heads to Olympus to stop Hades and the other Titans. Hercules and Pegasus save Mount Olympus, but as Hades retreats for the underworld after the Titans are thrown into the sky by Hercules and explode, he taunts Hercules despite his defeat, revealing that Meg is dying.

Hercules and Pegasus get back to Phil and Meg too late and Hercules heads to the Underworld and demands for Meg to be revived, but Hades shows him that she is trapped in the River Styx. Hercules trades his soul for Meg's, and Hades agrees on the condition that Hercules must get her soul out himself. Hercules jumps into the river, but given that one must be dead to enter the river, he ages rapidly as he swims toward Meg. The Fates try to cut Hercules' lifeline, but they find that they couldn't, for Hercules has become a true hero through his selfless actions, thereby restoring his godhood and immortality. As Hercules successfully returns Meg to the surface, Hades tries to talk his way out of the situation, but Hercules punches him, knocking him into the River Styx. The other souls grab Hades and pull him down into the river. Pain and Panic then worry about what Hades is going to do to them, until they realize they're free from his wrath. Hercules revives Meg and returns to Olympus. Meg's entrance is denied because she is mortal, but Hercules chooses to become mortal again and stay with her. Hercules is acclaimed a hero on Earth and Olympus alike. Zeus creates a constellation in his image, and Phil is remembered for being the one to train him. Hercules and his mortal friends and family are all shown happily together on earth, while Zeus and the other Olympians rejoice above. ("A Star is Born")

The Lion King

The Lion King takes place in the Pride Lands of the Serengeti, where a lion rules over the other animals as king. Rafiki (Robert Guillaume), a wise old mandrill, anoints Simba (cub by Jonathan Taylor Thomas, adult by Matthew Broderick), the newborn cub of King Mufasa (James Earl Jones) and Queen Sarabi (Madge Sinclair), and presents him to a gathering of animals at Pride Rock ("Circle of Life").

Mufasa takes Simba on a tour of the Pride Lands, teaching him about the "Circle of Life", the delicate balance affecting all living things. Taking advantage of the cub's naive nature, Simba's scheming uncle Scar (Jeremy Irons) (who is very angry because Simba's birth means that he's no longer next in line to the throne) tells him about the elephant graveyard, a place where Mufasa has warned Simba not to go. Simba asks his mother if he can go to the water-hole with his best friend, Nala (cub by Niketa Calame, adult by Moira Kelly). Their parents agree but only if Mufasa's majordomo, the hornbill Zazu (Rowan Atkinson), goes with them. Simba and Nala elude Zazu's supervision ("I Just Can't Wait to Be King") and go to the graveyard instead. There, the cubs are met by Shenzi, Banzai and Ed (Whoopi Goldberg, Cheech Marin and Jim Cummings), spotted hyenas who try to kill them, but they are rescued by Mufasa.

On the way home, Mufasa orders Zazu to take Nala home so as to 'teach his son a lesson'. Once left alone, Mufasa tells his son how very disappointed he is in him and how he put both Nala and his lives in danger. He further explains to Simba that being brave doesn't mean to go looking for danger, and reveals he was scared he might have lost him. Having reached an understanding, they play together in the fields, where Simba asks his father if they will always be together. Mufasa tells him that the Kings of the Past are among the stars in the sky. They will be there to guide him and, when Mufasa's time comes, so will he.

Meanwhile, Scar gains the loyalty of the hyenas by claiming that if he becomes king, they'll "never go hungry again" ("Be Prepared"). During the song, Scar tells the hyenas that for this to happen they must kill Mufasa and Simba, thus establishing his plan of regicide.

Some time later, Scar lures Simba into a gorge for a "surprise from his father" while the hyenas create a wildebeest stampede. Alerted by Scar, Mufasa races to rescue Simba from the stampede. He saves his son but is left clinging to the edge of a steep cliff. Scar, instead of helping Mufasa, flings his brother into the stampede below. Simba sees his father fall and rushes down the cliff after him, only to find him dead. Scar convinces the young cub that he was responsible for his father's death and recommends that he flee from the Pride Lands to avoid punishment. Scar once again sends Shenzi, Banzai and Ed to kill Simba, but he escapes. Scar informs the pride that both Mufasa and Simba were killed and that he is assuming the throne as the next in line. Scar proclaims that "this is the dawning of a new era, in which lion and hyena come together", thus allowing the hyenas into the Pride Lands.

In a distant desert, Simba is found unconscious by Timon and Pumbaa (Nathan Lane and Ernie Sabella), a meerkat-warthog duo who adopt and raise the cub under their worry-free philosophy ("Hakuna Matata"). When Simba has grown into an adult he is discovered by Nala, who tells him that Scar, through his irresponsibility, has turned the Pride Lands into a barren wasteland. She asks Simba to return and take his place as king but Simba refuses, still believing he caused his father's death. Simba shows Nala around his home and the two begin to fall in love ("Can You Feel the Love Tonight"). Nala, however, tells Simba that she does not understand why he will not return to Pride Rock and they end up in a quarrel. Rafiki arrives and persuades Simba to return to the Pride Lands, aided by the appearance of the ghost of Mufasa.
Simba and Nala reunite as adults

Once back at Pride Rock, Simba (with Timon, Pumbaa and Nala) is horrified to see the condition of the Pride Lands. Timon and Pumbaa create a diversion, allowing Simba and Nala to sneak past the hyenas guarding Pride Rock. After seeing his mother Sarabi struck by Scar for criticizing him, Simba announces his return. In response, Scar tells the pride that Simba was responsible for Mufasa's death and corners Simba at the edge of Pride Rock. As Simba dangles over the edge of Pride Rock, Scar proudly but quietly reveals to Simba that he killed Mufasa. Enraged, Simba leaps up and pins Scar to the ground, forcing him to admit the truth to the pride.

Atop Pride Rock's peak, Simba corners Scar. Attempting to gain Simba's mercy, Scar blames everything on the hyenas which Shenzi, Banzai and Ed overhear. But Simba is unfooled and orders Scar to go into exile. Scar pretends to leave but turns to attack Simba, resulting in a final duel. Simba triumphs over his uncle by fliping him over a low cliff. Scar survives the fall but finds himself surrounded by the now-resentful hyenas, who attack and kill him. Simba and Nala become the new king and queen of the Pride Lands. The film concludes with the Pride Lands turning green with life again and Rafiki presenting Simba and Nala's newborn cub as "The Circle of Life" continues.

Aladdin

Jafar, Grand Vizier to the Sultan of Agrabah, is attempting to access the Cave of Wonders for a magical oil lamp containing a genie. He and his talking parrot, Iago, learn that only the metaphorical "Diamond in the Rough" can enter the cave.

Jasmine, the Sultan's daughter, frustrated with "having her life lived for her" and the obligation of marriage, goes to Agrabah's marketplace. She meets street urchin Aladdin and his monkey, Abu who show her around the marketplace. Jafar, using a machine, discovers that Aladdin is the "diamond in the rough", and has him captured. Jasmine orders him released, but Jafar lies, telling her Aladdin is dead.

Jafar, disguised as an elderly man, releases Aladdin from prison and leads him to the Cave of Wonders. The tiger-shaped head of the cave tells them to touch nothing but the lamp. Aladdin enters the cave and encounters a magic carpet before finding the lamp. Abu tries to steal a ruby which causes a cave-in, but the carpet helps them to the entrance. Jafar tries to kill Aladdin after getting the lamp, but Abu bites Jafar and takes the lamp back. Abu, the carpet and Aladdin fall back into the cave just as it collapses.

When Aladdin awakens, he rubs the lamp, unleashing Genie who reveals he will grant Aladdin three wishes. Aladdin dupes Genie into freeing them from the cave without using up a wish. While contemplating his wishes, Aladdin asks Genie's opinion. Genie admits he would wish for freedom, since he is a prisoner to his lamp. Aladdin promises to later wish him free. For his first wish, Aladdin asks to become a prince so he can marry Jasmine.

Jafar plans to trick the Sultan into marrying Jafar to Jasmine, then kill both of them. His plans are interrupted when Aladdin parades into the Sultan's palace as "Prince Ali". Jasmine rejects him, considering him a buffoon. That night, Aladdin meets Jasmine, and takes her on a magic carpet ride. Jasmine realizes that Ali is the boy from the marketplace; Aladdin fabricates a story that he sometimes dresses as a "commoner" to escape palace life. Aladdin returns her home and they kiss.

After delivering Jasmine, Aladdin is captured by Jafar who orders the guards to chain Aladdin and throw him into the ocean. Aladdin summons Genie, who rescues Aladdin as his second wish. Aladdin returns to the palace, revealing the vizier's plot to Jasmine and the Sultan. Jafar realizes Aladdin's identity, and escapes from the Sultan's bodyguards. Surprised by Aladdin's bravery, the Sultan decides Aladdin should be his successor. Aladdin faces a moral dilemma, and decides to wait before wishing Genie free. Iago steals Genie's lamp and brings it to Jafar, who uses his first wish to become sultan. Jafar's second wish turns him into a powerful sorcerer sending Aladdin to a far-off place.

Aladdin uses the magic carpet to return to Agrabah. Jasmine distracts Jafar as Aladdin attempts to steal the lamp, but the vizier notices. Jafar boasts that he is "the most powerful being on Earth," Aladdin reminds him Genie is more powerful. Jafar uses his final wish to become a genie but forgets that genies are not free entities. Jafar is sucked into his new black lamp, dragging Iago with him. Genie flicks the lamp into the Cave of Wonders.

Aladdin wishes for Genie's freedom, much to Genie's surprise and happiness. Since Jasmine loves Aladdin, the Sultan changes the law so they can marry. Genie leaves to explore the world while Aladdin and Jasmine celebrate their engagement.

Beauty and the BEAST

In the prologue, told in stained glass windows, an old beggar woman arrives at the castle of a French prince. The woman asks for shelter from the cold, and in return, offers the young prince a rose. Repulsed by her appearance, the prince turns her away. The beggar warns him not to judge by appearances, but the Prince ignores her and shuts the door on her. The woman then throws off her disguise, revealing that she is a beautiful enchantress. The Prince tries to apologize, but she has already seen the lack of kindness in his heart. She conjures a powerful curse, transforming him into a hideous beast, his servants into anthropomorphic household items, and the entire castle and all its surroundings into a dark, forbidding place, so that he will learn not to judge by appearances. The curse can only be broken if the Beast learns to love another and receives the other's love in return before the last petal of the enchantress's rose withers and falls; if not, he will be doomed to remain a beast forever. As the years pass, the Beast sits in his castle wallowing in despair, convinced that no one could ever love him.

Ten years later, a beautiful young peasant woman named Belle has moved to a nearby village. She is seen as strange due to her preference for reading books and dislike of being courted by the local hero, Gaston, whom she perceives as an egomaniac and 'positively primeval'. At one point Gaston offers his hand in marriage to Belle, which she rejects. This serves a hard blow to Gaston's ego.

Maurice, Belle's father, is an inventor. While traveling to a fair with his latest invention - a wood chopper - Maurice becomes lost and loses his horse in the night. He escapes from some wolves; cold and tired, he stumbles upon a mysterious castle and enters. One by one, the enchanted household items - Lumière the candelabra, Mrs. Potts the teapot and Cogsworth the clock and head of the household - welcome him and shelter him from the cold. The angry Beast discovers Maurice and locks him in a dungeon in the castle tower.

Belle, who worries when her father's horse returns home without him, decides to seek out her father. Eventually, she winds up at the Beast's castle. She finds Maurice in the tower dungeon, but the Beast catches her. She offers herself in exchange for her father's life, against his wishes, giving her word to remain in the castle forever. The Beast agrees and releases Maurice, who is taken back to the village in an enchanted coach. The Beast gives Belle permission to go anywhere in the castle except the West Wing, refusing to explain why. He shows Belle her room and tells her that they must meet for dinner (at Lumiere's suggestion). Belle refuses to have dinner with the Beast, a refusal which enrages him. He tells the servants that if Belle does not eat with him, she will have to starve, then shuts himself away in the West Wing. Ignoring the Beast's orders, Lumiere, along with the other servants, welcomes Belle warmly and entertains her with an elaborate dinner.

Back in the village, the citizens attempt to cheer up Gaston in the local tavern after Belle's rejection. Maurice bursts in and asks for help to rescue Belle from "a beast", but no one believes him. Gaston decides to force Belle to marry him by threatening to have her father thrown into the local madhouse. Maurice goes off to search for Belle, unaware of Gaston's plan. Gaston and the others arrive at the house shortly after Maurice leaves. Finding the house empty, Gaston orders his dimwitted friend, LeFou, to wait by the porch until Belle and Maurice return.

After dinner, Belle asks the servants for a tour of the castle. Lumiere and Cogsworth happily oblige, but Belle manages to sneak away from them and penetrate into the forbidden West Wing, where she discovers an extremely disarrayed and desolate room, a slashed portrait with strangely familiar blue eyes, and the enchanted rose. The Beast finds her there and frightens her with a terrifying display of temper. Belle flees the castle, disregarding her promise to the Beast, and, in the dark forest, is attacked by wolves. The Beast appears and fights off the vicious creatures, but is wounded during the fight; a grateful Belle returns to the castle and, while tending to the Beast's wounds, thanks him for saving her life. Over some time, the two start to become friends. The Beast even gives Belle "ownership" of his immense library. The household items are excited and optimistic that Belle may fall in love with the Beast and cause them to become human again. The relationship reaches its climax with an elegant dinner and ballroom dance.

The Beast notices that Belle seems melancholy. She tells him that she wishes to see Maurice again, just for a moment. The Beast takes her to the West Wing and gives her the magic mirror, explaining that it will allow her to see anything she might desire to see. Belle asks if she can see her father and the magic mirror reveals that Maurice is lost and sick in the forest. The Beast, having fallen in love with Belle, releases her to rescue her father and also gives her the mirror so that she may look back and remember him. Belle hurries off, finds Maurice and takes him back to the village, where a mob gathers to take him to the asylum. Gaston offers to have Maurice spared if Belle agrees to marry him but she still refuses. Belle uses the magic mirror to show the Beast to the villagers, who become frightened at his hideous visage. Belle assures them that the Beast is kind and gentle, and that he's her friend. Out of jealousy and anger, Gaston tells the mob that Belle is as crazy as her father. Gaston rallies the villagers to storm the castle and "kill the beast," convincing them that he is dangerous. To prevent Belle and Maurice from warning the Beast, Gaston has his men lock them in the cellar of their home.

With the help of Chip the teacup, who has stowed away in Belle's satchel, Belle and Maurice escape from the cellar and rush back to the castle. The villagers force open the door, but Lumiere leads the servants in defense of the castle. Gaston deserts the battle to search for the Beast. The servants eventually manage to drive the villagers out of the castle.

Meanwhile, Gaston finds the Beast alone in the West Wing and attacks him, throwing both of them outside on the balcony and rooftops. The Beast does not defend himself because he has given up hope of being able to see Belle again. As soon as he sees Belle arriving at the castle, calling out for him, the Beast gains the will to fight Gaston. A heated battle ensues between the two, culminating when the Beast grabs Gaston by the neck and threatens to throw him off the roof. Gaston begs for his life, and the Beast relents, softened by his love for Belle. He merely tells Gaston to leave and never come back, and then throws him aside. When the Beast climbs back up to the balcony where Belle is waiting for him, Gaston stabs him in the back, then loses his footing and falls into the deep chasm far below.

Belle tries to reassure the badly wounded Beast that everything will be fine, but he knows that his wound is fatal. The Beast tells her that he was happy to see her one last time, and succumbs to his injury. Belle, in tears, whispers that she loves him, just before the last petal falls from the rose. The spell is broken. The Beast, brought back to life, is reverted to his human form, unrecognizable except for his blue eyes. The castle becomes beautiful again and the enchanted objects turn back into humans. The last scene shows Belle and the prince happily dancing in the ballroom and they live happily ever after.

The Little Mermaid

Ariel, a sixteen-year-old mermaid princess, is dissatisfied with life under the sea and curious about the human world. With her best fish friend Flounder, Ariel collects human artifacts and goes to the surface of the ocean to visit Scuttle the seagull, who offers inaccurate and comical knowledge of human culture. Ignoring the warnings of her father (King Triton) and court musician (Sebastian the crab) that contact between merpeople and humans is forbidden, Ariel still longs to be part of the human world; to this end she has filled a secret grotto with all the human artifacts she has found. ("Part of your World") While Sebastian, who was assigned to watch over Ariel and be sure she does not visit the surface again tries to convince her that its better to live under the sea than in the human world ("Under the Sea")

One night, Ariel and Flounder travel to the ocean surface to watch a celebration for the birthday of Prince Eric, with whom Ariel falls in love. A sudden storm hits, during which everyone manages to escape in a lifeboat except for Eric who goes and rescues his dog Max, who was still trapped on the ship. He saves Max but almost drowns but is saved by Ariel, who drags him to the beach. She sings to him, but when he stirs awake he sees a vision. She dives underwater when Max comes to Eric. Eric has a vague impression that he was rescued by a girl with a beautiful voice; he vows to find her, and Ariel vows to find a way to join Eric. ("Part of your World (reprise)")

Triton and his daughters notice a change in Ariel, who is openly lovesick. Triton questions Sebastian about Ariel's behavior, during which Sebastian accidentally reveals the incident with Eric. Triton furiously confronts Ariel in her grotto, using his trident to destroy her collection of human treasures. After Triton leaves, a pair of eels, Flotsam and Jetsam, convince a crying Ariel that she must visit Ursula the sea witch, who can supposedly make all her dreams come true.

Ursula makes a deal with Ariel to transform her into a human for three days ("Poor, Unfortunate Souls"). Within these three days, Ariel must receive the "kiss of true love" from Eric; otherwise, she will transform back into a mermaid on the third day and belong to Ursula. As payment for legs, Ariel has to give up her voice, which Ursula magically traps in a shell she wears as a locket. Ariel's tail is transformed into legs and Sebastian and Flounder drag her to the surface.

Eric and Max find Ariel on the beach. He initially suspects that she is the one who saved his life, but when he learns that she cannot speak, he discards that notion—to both the frustration of Ariel and Max (who knows the truth). He helps her to the palace, where the servants think she is as a survivor of a shipwreck. Ariel spends time with Eric, and at the end of the second day, they almost kiss ("Kiss the Girl") but are thwarted by Flotsam and Jetsam. Angered at their narrow escape, Ursula takes the disguise of a beautiful young woman named "Vanessa" and appears onshore singing with Ariel's voice. Eric recognizes the song, and Vanessa casts a hypnotic spell of enchantment on Eric to make him forget about Ariel.

The next day, Ariel finds out that Eric will be married to Vanessa on a ship. She cries and is left behind when the wedding barge departs. Scuttle discovers that Vanessa is Ursula, and informs Ariel. Ariel and Flounder chase the wedding barge, Sebastian informs Triton and Scuttle is assigned to "stall the wedding." With the help of various animals, the nautilus shell around Ursula's neck is broken, restoring Ariel's voice back to Ariel and breaking Ursula's enchantment over Eric. Realizing that Ariel was the girl who saved his life, Eric rushes to kiss her, but the sun sets and Ariel transforms back into a mermaid. Ursula reverts to her true form and she kidnaps Ariel.

Triton appears and confronts Ursula, but cannot destroy the contract Ursula made with Ariel. Triton chooses to sacrifice himself for his daughter, and is transformed into a polyp. Ursula takes Triton's crown and trident, which was her plan from the beginning. Ursula uses her new power to gloat, forming a whirlpool that disturbs several shipwrecks, one of which Eric commandeers. Just as Ursula is set to use the trident to destroy Ariel, Eric turns the wheel hard to port, in effect ramming the ship's splintered bowsprit through Ursula's abdomen.

With Ursula gone, her power breaks and the polyps in Ursula's garden (including Triton) turn back into merpeople. Later, after seeing that Ariel really loves Eric and that Eric also saved him in the process, Triton willingly changes her from a mermaid into a human using his trident. She runs into Eric's arms, and the two finally kiss. Ariel marries Eric in a wedding where both humans and merpeople attend.

Dumbo

While circus animals are being transported, Mrs. Jumbo, one of the elephants, receives her baby from a stork. The baby elephant is quickly taunted by the other elephants because of his large ears, and they nickname him "Dumbo".
Once the circus is set up, Mrs. Jumbo loses her temper at a group of children for making fun of her son, and she is locked up and deemed mad. Dumbo is shunned by the other elephants and with no mother to care for him, he is now alone, except for a self-appointed mentor and protector, Timothy Q. Mouse.
The circus director makes Dumbo the top of an elephant pyramid stunt, but Dumbo causes the stunt to go wrong, injuring the other elephants and bringing down the big top. Dumbo is made a clown as a result, and becomes the main role in an act that involves him falling into a vat of pie filling. Dumbo hates this job and is now very miserable.
To cheer Dumbo up, Timothy takes him to visit his mother. On the way back Dumbo cries and then starts to hiccup so Timothy decides to take him for a drink of water from a bucket which, unknown to him, has accidentally had a bottle of champagne knocked into it. As a result, Dumbo and Timothy both become drunk and see hallucinations of pink elephants.
The next morning, Dumbo and Timothy wake up in a tree. Timothy wonders how they got up in the tree, and concludes that Dumbo flew up there using his large ears as wings. With the help of a group of crows, Timothy is able to get Dumbo to fly again, using a psychological trick of a "magic feather" to boost his confidence.
Back at the circus, Dumbo must perform his stunt of jumping from a high building, this time from a much higher platform. On the way down, Dumbo loses the feather and Timothy tells him that the feather was never magical, and that he is still able to fly. Dumbo is able to pull out of the dive and flies around the circus.
After this performance, Dumbo becomes a media sensation, Timothy becomes his manager, and Dumbo and Mrs. Jumbo are given a private car on the circus train.

Sleeping Beauty

Set in a fairy-tale world, the newborn Princess Aurora is named after the Roman goddess of the dawn because she fills the lives of her mother and father, King Stefan and Queen Leah, with sunshine. While still an infant, she is betrothed to the also-young Prince Phillip, son of King Hubert. At her christening, the good fairies Flora (dressed in red/pink), Fauna (in green), and Merryweather (in blue) arrive to bless her. Flora gives her the gift of beauty while Fauna gives her the gift of song. But before Merryweather could give her blessing, Maleficent appears on the scene, expressing disappointment in not being invited to Aurora's christening ceremony and curses the princess to die when she touches a spinning wheel's spindle before the sun sets on her sixteenth birthday. Fortunately, Merryweather's blessing weakens the curse so that instead of death, Aurora, would fall into a deep sleep until she is awakened by true love's kiss. Though King Stefan decreed all spinning wheels in the kingdom burned, the three good fairies know Maleficent couldn't be stopped that easily and sneak Aurora away with them to a woodland cottage until her sixteen birthday lapses, passing themselves off as her aunts and swearing off magic to conceal themselves.

Years later, Aurora, renamed Briar-Rose, had grown into a gorgeous young woman with the blessings that Flora and Fauna bestowed to her. She does not care about her looks despite being very beautiful but she awaits love, as she is a very romantic girl. By that time, Maleficent is vexed at her minions' incompetence and sends her raven to look for Aurora. On the day of her sixteenth birthday, the fairies attempt to make Rose a gown and a cake. When their attempts end in disaster they decide to use their wands, resulting with an argument by Flora and Merryweather over the color of the gown - pink or blue? - that catches Raven's attention. Meanwhile, Aurora gathers berries while singing to her animal friends; this attracts the attention of Prince Phillip, now a handsome young man, as he is out riding his horse in the woods. When they meet, they instantly fall in love. Realizing that she has to return home, Aurora flees from Phillip without ever learning his name. Despite promising to meet him again, the fairies reveal the truth of her birth to her and take her to her parents and her betrothed's family.

Unfortunately, Maleficent uses her magic to lure Aurora away from her boudoir up a vacant room of the palace, where a spinning wheel awaits her. Fascinated by the wheel with Maleficent's will enforcing it, Aurora touches the spindle, pricking her finger and completing the curse. The good fairies place Aurora on a bed with a red rose in her hand, and place all in the kingdom in a deep sleep until the spell is broken as King Hubert tries to tell Stefan of his son being in love with a peasant-girl. At that time, Prince Phillip arrives at the cottage, but is captured, bound and gagged by Maleficent's minions and taken to her lair, "The Forbidden Mountain", to prevent him from kissing Aurora until he is an old man. However, the fairies sneak into Maleficent's stronghold and free the prince. Armed with the magical Sword of Truth and The Shield of Virtue, Phillip braves all obstacles to reach the palace prior to battling Maleficent when the sorceress turns herself into a gigantic Dark Fire-Breathing Dragon. The sword, blessed by the fairies' magic, is plunged into the dragon's heart, causing the evil sorceress to fall to her death from a cliff. Phillip climbs to Aurora's chamber, and removes the curse with a kiss. As the film ends, the prince and princess both happily learn that their betrothed and their beloved are one and the same. They arrive at the ballroom, where Aurora is happily re-united with her parents, and she and Prince Phillip dance a waltz. However, they are unaware of the fact that Merryweather and Flora have resumed their disagreement over the color of her dress and that the color changes from blue to pink. As the book closes, Aurora's gown turns back to pink and stays pink.

Peter Pan

In Edwardian London in the neighborhood of Bloomsbury, George and Mary Darling's preparations to attend a party are disrupted by the antics of the boys John and Michael, acting out a story about Peter Pan and the pirates, told to them by their older sister Wendy. The father angrily declares that Wendy has gotten too old to continue staying in the nursery with them, and it's time for her to grow up. That night they are visited in the nursery by a pixie named Tinker Bell and cocky Peter Pan, who teaches them to fly and takes them with him to the island of Never Land.

A ship of pirates is anchored off Never Land, commanded by Captain Hook with his sidekick Mr Smee. Hook boldly plots to take revenge upon Peter Pan for cutting off his hand, but he trembles when the crocodile that ate it arrives; it now stalks him hoping to taste more. The crew's restlessness is interrupted by the arrival of Peter and the Darlings. The children easily evade them, and despite a trick by jealous Tinker Bell to have Wendy killed, they meet up with the Lost Boys, six lads in animal-costume pajamas who look to Peter as their leader. John and Michael set off with the Lost Boys to find the island's Indians, who instead capture them, believing them responsible for taking the chief's daughter Tiger Lily.

Meanwhile, Peter takes Wendy to see the mermaids, where they see that Hook and Smee have captured Tiger Lily, to coerce her into revealing Peter's hideout. Peter and Wendy free her, and Peter is honored by the tribe. Hook then plots to take advantage of Tinker Bell's jealousy of Wendy, tricking her into revealing the location of Peter's lair. The pirates lie in wait and capture the Lost Boys and the Darlings as they exit, leaving behind a time bomb to kill Peter. Tinker Bell learns of the plot just in time to snatch the bomb from Peter as it explodes.

Peter rescues Tinker Bell from the rubble and together they confront the pirates, releasing the children before they can be forced to walk the plank. Peter engages Hook in single combat as the children fight off the crew, and finally succeeds in humiliating the captain. Hook and his crew flee, with the crocodile in hot pursuit. Peter gallantly commandeers the deserted ship, and with the aid of Tinker Bell's pixie dust, flies it to London with the children aboard.

Mr and Mrs Darling return home from the party to find Wendy not in her bed, but sleeping at the open window; John and Michael are asleep in their beds. Wendy wakes and excitedly tells about their adventures. The parents look out the window and see what appears to be a pirate ship in the clouds. Mr Darling, who has softened his position about Wendy staying in the nursery, recognizes it from his own childhood, as it breaks up into clouds itself.

Alice In Wonderland

On the bank of a tranquil river, Alice grows bored listening to her sister read aloud from a history book. Alice sees a White Rabbit wearing a waistcoat and carrying a large pocket watch. She follows him and tumbles down a rabbit hole and her skirt around her dress billows out like a parachute . At the bottom, she follows the Rabbit into a large chamber but he escapes through a tiny door. The Doorknob suggests Alice drink from a bottle marked "Drink me." The contents shrink her to a tiny fraction of her original size. The Doorknob is now locked, but the key has appeared back on the table which she can no longer reach. The Doorknob directs her to a cookie marked "Eat me." The cookie makes her grow so large that her head hits the ceiling. She begins to cry; her massive tears flood the room. The Doorknob points out that the "Drink me" bottle still has some fluid left inside, so she finishes the last drop. She becomes so small that she drops inside the bottle. Both she and the bottle drift through the doorknob's keyhole mouth and out to a sea made from Alice's tears.

On shore, a Dodo leads a group of animals in a futile caucus-race to get dry. Alice meets Tweedledum and Tweedledee, two fat brothers who recite "The Walrus and the Carpenter". Alice sneaks away to the White Rabbit's house. The Rabbit orders Alice to fetch his gloves. Inside the house, Alice eats a cookie. She becomes so large that she gets stuck inside the house. The Dodo tries to help by sending Bill the Lizard down the chimney and then setting the house on fire. Alice eats a carrot from the garden and shrinks down to three inches high.

Alice chases after the Rabbit again, this time into a garden of tall flowers who consider her a weed and throw her out. She engages a hookah-smoking caterpillar who turns into a butterfly, though not before giving her cryptic advice about the mushroom she is sitting on. Alice breaks off two pieces and nibbles them alternately until finally restoring herself to her normal size and stores the pieces in her dress pockets.

Alice receives mysterious directions from the Cheshire Cat, an eerily grinning feline that can disappear and reappear at will, which lead her to the garden of the March Hare, who is celebrating his "unbirthday" with the Mad Hatter and the Dormouse. Alice, growing tired of their rudeness and wackiness, decides to go home, abandoning her pursuit of the White Rabbit. She is lost and despondent among the strange creatures (See Below) of the Tulgey Wood until the Cheshire Cat reappears and shows her a short-cut out of the forest.

In the hedge maze garden, Alice meets some playing cards painting white roses red. The White Rabbit heralds the arrival of the bellicose Queen of Hearts, the diminutive King, and a card army. She invites Alice to a strange game of croquet using flamingos as mallets, hedgehogs as balls, and card soldiers as wickets. The Cheshire Cat plays a prank on the Queen, who blames Alice and orders her execution. The King suggests that Alice be put on trial instead. At the trial, Alice's nonsensical acquaintances are of no help to her. The Cheshire Cat appears and causes enough distraction to allow Alice to eat the remaining portions of mushroom, causing her to grow to gigantic proportions. At this size, Alice scolds the terrified Queen for her rash behavior, but then starts shrinking back to her normal size all too soon. At the Queen's command of "Off with her head!" all the crazy inhabitants of Wonderland give chase.

Coming back to the Doorknob, Alice is told by him that he is still locked, but that she is already on the other side. Looking through the keyhole, Alice sees herself asleep in the park. As the mob draws nearer, she calls, "Alice, wake up!" to her sleeping self until she gradually awakens from the dream to the sound of her sister's voice. The two of them return home for teatime while Alice muses on her adventures in Wonderland, realizing that perhaps logic and reason exist for a purpose.

Pinocchio

The film starts with Jiminy Cricket singing the Disney song "When You Wish upon a Star". He then talks to the audience for those who may not believe in the song's optimistic words and recounts his experience of being one of those non-believers until he met Pinocchio. Through a storybook entitled Pinocchio (which acts as a window to Jiminy's aformentioned adventure), we see an unnamed town in the night and the workshop of the woodworker Geppetto. Jiminy walks into the workshop to warm himself from the cold. He notices a puppet Geppetto is working on. Geppetto names the puppet Pinocchio and after making his marionette dance around for the amused and bewildered eyes of Figaro, his kitten, and Cleo, his goldfish, he decides to go to bed. He notices a falling star in the sky and wishes that Pinocchio could be a real boy. While everybody is sleeping Jiminy wakes up and notices a Blue Fairy entering the room. She makes Pinocchio come alive since Geppetto has always been a good man and deserves his wish to come true. Pinocchio is alive, but still nothing more than a puppet. If he wants to become a real boy of flesh and blood he must prove himself to be brave, truthful and unselfish and able to tell right from wrong by listening to his conscience. Pinocchio doesn't understand what a conscience is and Jiminy appears to explain it to him. The Blue Fairy then assigns Jiminy with the official title of acting as Pinocchio's conscience and changes him into better clothes, before disappearing.

Jiminy teaches Pinocchio that whenever he needs guidance he should whistle, as exemplified in the song "Give a Little Whistle". Pinocchio tumbles over some furniture during the song and wakes up Geppetto, Figaro and Cleo who were asleep during the song. When Geppetto discovers his wish has become true, he is filled with joy and starts to celebrate by turning on all his clocks and music boxes. The next day Pinocchio goes off for his first day of school. Despite warning Pinocchio not to walk with strangers, the cricket is quickly ignored. Pinocchio never arrives at his destination since two crooks, the fox, Honest John, and the mute cat, Gideon, convince him to become an actor in the puppet show of Stromboli while singing the song "Hi-Diddle-Dee-Dee". Pinocchio immediately becomes a sensation singing "I've Got No Strings" at the theater and makes a lot of money for Stromboli. Stromboli however refuses to permit Pinocchio to return home and locks him up in a bird cage. During his captivity Jiminy reappears. He tries to open the lock on the birdcage, but the lock is too old and rusty, and he admits that only a miracle would help them get out of that mess. Suddenly, the Blue Fairy appears and asks Pinocchio to explain what happened. Pinocchio lies and to his surprise his nose starts to grow longer. The Blue Fairy explains to him that his nose grew because he lied. When Pinocchio admits he lied, and Jiminy pleads to the Blue Fairy to give Pinocchio one more chance, she forgives him and helps them escape, by unlocking the birdcage: disappearing right after. Pinocchio and Jiminy get out of Stromboli's coach, and go back towards home.

Meanwhile, Honest John and Gideon have met The Coachman in a tavern. The Coachman promises them a large sum of money if they can bring him little boys whom he can lead to Pleasure Island. The mentioning of the island and the Coachman's evil grin scare Honest John and Gideon, but they nonetheless lure Pinocchio away and deliver him to the Coachman. Jiminy Cricket, again unable to warn Pinocchio of the danger, travels with him incognito. During the travel to Pleasure Island Pinocchio befriends Lampwick, a misbehaving and destructive boy who is older than he. On the island boys are able to have fun and do all the things their parents and other adults usually tell them not to do, such as: gambling, drinking, brawling, smoking and vandalism. Pinocchio imitates Lampwick and has fun doing all these mischievous things. A furious Jiminy Cricket attempts to convince Pinocchio into leaving, but is ridiculed by Lampwick. Filled with anger and humiliation, Jiminy leaves. While trying to discover a way to leave the island, he makes a horrible discovery — a curse on the island has transformed all the misbehaving boys into donkeys who are then sold by the Coachman as work forces in salt mines and circuses. Jiminy rushes to warn Pinocchio and discovers that he is dangerously close to being too late. Lampwick has already morphed into a donkey and Pinocchio already gained donkey's ears plus a tail. Pinocchio and Jiminy quickly escape the island by jumping off a cliff into the ocean.

The two travel back home to find the house deserted. They are informed by the Blue Fairy (in a letter) that Geppetto ventured out to sea to rescue Pinocchio from Pleasure Island, but was swallowed by a whale named Monstro. Pinocchio, wracked with guilt, decides to travel underwater at the bottom of the ocean with Jiminy to find him. Pinocchio and Jiminy are swallowed by Monstro and discover his father, Cleo, and Figaro on a ruined boat inside the whale's stomach. After a happy reunion Pinocchio comes up with an escape plan by burning wood on the boat to create smoke to make Monstro sneeze. The plan works, but the enraged sea mammal chases them. He destroys their raft and Geppetto almost drowns, only to be saved by Pinocchio who tries to swim him to the shore. Monstro swims after them, but crashes into a cliff on the rocky coastline, knocking him out and causing a huge wave. Everyone washes onto shore and survives, except Pinocchio who was drowned by the enormous wave.

In Geppetto's home everybody mourns over Pinocchio's death. But the Blue Fairy decides that Pinocchio has proven his worth in being a brave, good boy and brings him back to life as a real boy. Everyone celebrates Pinocchio's revival and Jiminy is awarded an 18 karat gold badge by the Fairy for acting well as Pinocchio's conscience. The film ends with Jiminy once again singing "When You Wish upon a Star".

Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs

Once upon a time, as a queen sits sewing at her window, she pricks her finger on her needle and a drop of blood falls on the snow that had fallen on her ebony window frame. As she looks at the blood on the snow, she says to herself, "Oh, how I wish that I had a daughter that had skin white as snow, lips red as blood, and hair black as ebony". Soon after that, the queen gives birth to a baby girl who has skin white as snow, lips red as blood, and hair black as ebony. They name her Princess Snow White. As soon as the child is born, the queen dies.

Soon after, the king takes a new wife, who is beautiful but very vain. The queen possesses a magical mirror that answers any question, to whom she often asks: "Mirror, mirror on the wall, who in the land is fairest of all?" to which the mirror always replies "You, my queen, are fairest of all." But when Snow White reaches the age of seven, she becomes as beautiful as the day, and when the queen asks her mirror, it responds: "Queen, you are full fair, 'tis true, but Snow White is fairer than you." Though in another version, the mirror simply replies: "Snow White is the fairest of them all."

The queen becomes jealous, and orders a huntsman to take Snow White into the woods to be killed. She demands that the huntsman return with Snow White's heart as proof of her killing. The huntsman takes Snow White into the forest, but after raising his knife to stab her, he finds himself unable to kill her. Instead, he lets her go, telling her to flee and hide, and brings the queen the heart of a young deer, which is then prepared by the cook and eaten by the queen.

In the forest, Snow White discovers a tiny cottage belonging to seven dwarfs, where she rests. There, the dwarfs take pity on her, saying "If you will keep house for us, and cook, make beds, wash, sew, and knit, and keep everything clean and orderly, then you can stay with us, and you shall have everything that you want." They warn her to take care and let no one in when they are away delving in the mountains. Meanwhile, the Queen asks her mirror once again "Who's the fairest of them all?", and is horrified to learn that Snow White is not only alive and well and living with the dwarfs, but is still the fairest of them all.

Three times the Queen disguises herself and visits the dwarfs' cottage while they are away during the day, trying to kill Snow White. First, disguised as a peddler, the Queen offers colorful stay-laces and laces Snow White up so tight that she faints, causing the Queen to leave her for dead. Snow White is revived by the dwarfs, however, when they loosen the laces. Next, the Queen dresses as a different old woman and brushes Snow White's hair with a poisoned comb. Snow White again collapses, but again is saved by the dwarfs. Finally, the Queen makes a poisoned apple, and in the disguise of a farmer's wife, offers it to Snow White. When she is hesitant to accept it, the Queen cuts the apple in half, eats the white part and gives the poisoned red part to Snow White. She eats the apple eagerly and immediately falls into a deep stupor. When the dwarfs find her, they cannot revive her, and they place her in a glass coffin, assuming that she is dead.

Time passes, and a prince traveling through the land sees Snow White. He strides to her coffin. The prince is enchanted by her beauty and instantly falls in love with her. He begs the dwarfs to let him have the coffin. The prince's servants carry the coffin away. While doing so, they stumble on some bushes and the movement causes the piece of poisoned apple to dislodge from Snow White's throat, awakening her. The prince then declares his love for her and soon a wedding is planned.

The vain Queen, still believing that Snow White is dead, once again asks her mirror who is the fairest in the land, and yet again the mirror disappoints her by responding that "You, my queen, are fair; it is true. But the young queen is a thousand times fairer than you."

Not knowing that this new queen was indeed her stepdaughter, she arrives at the wedding, and her heart fills with the deepest of dread when she realizes the truth.

As punishment for her wicked ways, a pair of heated iron shoes are brought forth with tongs and placed before the Queen. She is then forced to step into the iron shoes and dance until she falls down dead.

Disney's Cindrella

Like in a number of Disney fairytale films, an ornate storybook comes to life, setting this retelling of a time-old favourite rolling. A wealthy widower has a daughter named Cinderella. Feeling that she needs a mother figure in his life, he remarries to a woman who has two daughters of her own, whose names are Anastasia and Drizella. Unfortunately, Cinderella's father dies, and the orphaned girl starts to see another side of her stepmother and stepsisters, who are jealous of her beautiful looks and personality. She is turned into the château's scullery maid, and is forced by her stepmother and stepsisters to keep her late father's residence from falling into disrepair. Meanwhile, Anastasia and Drizella are pampered to the extreme.

Yet Cinderella has hope that she may one day find greater glory, revealing it as she awakens one morning to her mice and bird friends through song ("A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes"). After she gets ready, she discovers a mouse on the stairs, and like she has done to all the other mice in the château, she gives him clothes and a name - Gus. Gus is befriended by another mouse Jaques, who shows him around the strange place. As Cinderella readies the breakfasts for her stepmother and stepsisters, Gus encounters the stepmother's detestable cat Lucifer, whom he narrowly escapes from.

Meanwhile, the grandchild-craving King decides that he and the Grand Duke should throw a ball for all the eligible ladies in the kingdom so as to find Prince Charming a wife. As the stepsisters are having a singing lesson and Cinderella is singing (albeit far better) as she is cleaning the floor ("Sing Sweet Nightingale"), a messenger hands an invitation to the royal ball. Cinderella realises that she can go, and the stepmother says that she can if she gets all her work done and can find something suitable to wear. There is much emphasis on the "if" though, and a work-ridden Cinderella doesn't even have a chance to start smartening up her mother's wedding dress into a nice ball gown. The mice and the birds, however realise that they can get the dress ready for her ("The Work Song"), and Jaques and Gus help find some extra-trimming. However, this extra-trimming comes from some of Anastasia and Drizella's old clothes that were found lying about, and when Cinderella presents herself ready, the evil stepmother in a subtle yet powerful manner points this out to her daughters, who in anger, rip the trimming of Cinderella's new gown, leaving it in tatters.

Completely upset, Cinderella runs into the garden and cries upon a bench, feeling all hope is lost. Yet at that moment, Cinderella's fairy godmother appears, and with the wave of a magic wand, helps prepare Cinderella for the ball ("Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo"). A pumpkin becomes a coach, four of the mice become horses, an old horse becomes the coachman and the old dog Bruno becomes a footman. Last but not least, Cinderella's rags turn into a beautiful gown, complete with magical glass slippers. The fairy does warn Cinderella, however, that this magic will end at the stroke of midnight, so she must leave the ball before then. Cinderella doesn't care, though, and sets off for the palace.

Prince Charming is having trouble finding the right maiden, much to the King's annoyance. Yet when Cinderella arrives, he becomes interested, and the two start to dance. The stepmother, believing that she recognises the mysterious princess from somewhere, tries to spy on them, yet is quickly thwarted by the Grand Duke. Cinderella and the prince spend the whole time together, and fall in love ("So This is Love") All of a sudden, the clock starts to chime that it is midnight, and Cinderella hastily runs away, dropping a glass slipper as she does so. Cinderella escapes, with nothing from the night left, except from the other glass slipper, which had not changed back.

Prince Charming orders his love to be found by means of the odd shoe, and the Grand Duke is sent around the land getting every girl in the land to try on the glass slipper to see if it fits. Eventually the Grand Duke reaches the residence of Cinderella, but she is nowhere to be seen; the stepmother, eventually realising that it was her stepdaughter who was the mysterious princess at the ball, locks Cinderella in her room. As Anastasia and Drizella frantically try to get the glass slipper to fit so as to wed into royalty, Gus and Jaques steal the key from the stepmother and get it to Cinderella's door. But Lucifer pins poor Gus, who has the key, under his bowl, and hope seems lost again. The other mice and birds battle Lucifer, yet it is Cinderella's idea for the birds to get Bruno the dog, who hates Lucifer. Bruno barks at Lucifer, who in fright jumps out of the window to his doom. Now Cinderella can get the key and escape her room.

The Grand Duke is about to leave as Cinderella finally appears. He orders the messenger to bring forth the glass slipper, yet the stepmother in a last minute attempt to prevent her stepdaughter from better things, causes the messenger to trip, thus breaking the fragile shoe into pieces. Yet the arrogant woman hadn't betted on Cinderella producing the other glass slipper, which fits onto Cinderella's foot perfectly. Very soon, wedding bells ring, and Cinderella marries her prince, and they live happily ever after.
